私たちはこの施設の新しい所有者であり、家族や友人をリラックスさせて楽しむ特別な場所にするために可能な限りのことをしています！ 3つのベッドルームと2つのバスルーム（メインレベルに1つのBdrmとバス、2つのBDRMと2階に1つのバス）を完備しています。 マスターベッドルームは巨大なデッキで、サウンドと山々の景色がきれいです！ 他の2階の寝室は、2段ベッドと寝台付きのフルベッドで4人寝ます。 たくさんのクローゼットと収納スペースが利用可能で、リビングルームにはクイーンスリーパー（低反発マットレス）を備えた新しいダウンソファがあります。 キッチンには花崗岩とステンレスの器具があり、快適に調理するために必要なものがすべて揃っています。テレビと映画にアクセスできる3台のテレビ。 また、光ファイバーを使用して高速インターネットを高速化できる場所にいます！

家の一番の魅力は裏庭で、そこには大きなホットタブ、ファイヤーピット、娯楽用のデッキを備えたプライバシー保護されたたまり場があります。 ビーチは道を1ブロック下にあり、カヤックを入れるのは簡単なので、場所は完璧です！ ダウンタウンイーストサウンドは歩いてすぐの距離にあり、買い物をしたり、歩いて行きたくない場合は地元のおいしいレストランに駐車場を提供しています。 6マイル先にはモラン州立公園があり、すべてのレベル、水泳、パドルボーディングなどに適したハイキングがあります。

This is an exceptional and centrally located Orcas property. The backyard is a private oasis and the upstairs spacious deck is perfect for watching the unparalleled sunsets. The home is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and entertaining, with cookware and a modern, very chef-friendly kitchen, large, separate bedrooms with comfortable bed/bedding, and a cozy living/dining area. making it easy to accommodate family. The location is perfect - a two-minute walk to the beach and 4-minute drive to town. I could not recommend this property more.

What a wonderful stay with so many thoughtful accommodations all throughout the house - from nightlights to a double-walled French press! The house is just a short walk from the beach, with views of the water from the primary bedroom balcony. A lovely, cozy, quaint getaway that’s also walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants. The hot tub and fire pits were a welcomed bonus, and they generously provided a bundle of firewood for us. Joy was also very generous with check-in/check-out times to accommodate our ferry times and toddler naps. We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely place for our family. My elderly mom took the room downstairs so she could access the main area and hang out with us when we were in the backyard. My teen girls shared the bunk bed and my husband and I shared the large master bed. Loved the thoughtful touches too.

House is well appointed. Kitchen is large and has all the right stuff. We were disappointed with spending what felt like top dollar for a side street house. It was weird having a ring camera pointed directly at the hot tub.

Family vacation on Orcas

Had a great stay! Property manager was super responsive. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Great selection of games and puzzles. Hot tub worked great. Short walk to North Beach and wonderful sunsets/sunrises. Minor hiccups with WiFi so had to reboot router multiple times. Bathrooms were clean, a little musty, but functional. Everyone in my group was comfortable and had a great time.

Whale watching Bday gift for Dad

We chose Orcas b/c my husband and I got acquainted there over 40 years and our daughters wanted to take him whale watching for his 70 birthday so, what better way to go? The house was perfect for us. The grands loved the hot tub and having a fire in the fire pot. The location to the beach is a short 5-10 minute walk. We had fun finding and looking at the baby starfish, crab and hermit crabs among the rocks. The house is in a great location. Nice neighborhood, close to downtown Eastsound, not far from Mt Constitution and Buck Bay. Joy was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to our questions and gave great sightseeing and food tips. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great beds and cozy house

My whole family was comfy and slept great. Access to beach and town was fabulous, house offered exactly what was advertised and host was responsive and kind. My husband said he felt we had found a hidden gem. We love Orcas and had a great visit, thank you!!

Cozy

This is the perfect home for our family to have a nice long weekend to relax. The kitchen was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a hit with the littles and adults. The beds were so comfortable, my youngest (7) said “it’s like a cloud hugging you and rocking you to sleep”. A short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise set and a cup of coffee in bed to watch the sun rise.Although we were there during the off season we had plenty to do inside with all the games that were provided in the home! Thank you for sharing this home with us Joy!

Orcas Haven Oasis Heaven on North Beach

Joy was an absolutely gracious host! Her beautiful home served not only as the staging area for a Healing Retreat held just down the road at Camp Orkila, but as reprieve after emotionally powered engagements. The space was not only beautiful and serene, but a very short walk to my favorite place on the entire island! Joy was so incredibly accommodating and everything was beyond what I could've expected. I found myself feeling at home, along with the others staying here. The beds and the space were EXACTLY what we needed! The energy in this home is so positively vibrational! Joy, we will return again! Thank you for everything you provided, at every level! Thank you for sharing your home and your light!

Tranquil Spot

Such a lovely home! Pictures are accurate but you can’t appreciate how peaceful and beautiful the grounds are until you are there. Water view from the upstairs balcony is awesome. Home is very well appointed. Beds are very comfy, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels and blankets, lovely living room. We used the hot tub each day and it was nice and warm, very clean. Backyard is very private. Plenty of off street parking for several cars. I highly recommend and would gladly stay here again.

Welcoming, seamless stay

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend. The beach is a short walk away and it's tucked in a more quiet part of the island for morning runs. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go. There were plenty of blankets for our movie night in the living room. The 3 bedrooms were very cozy. Would stay here again. Our group of 5 were comfortable here. Communication was excellent.

Beautiful property on the best island

I love Orcas Island and so I had my bachelorette party at this property. It was a 20 minute walk from town with beautiful views of the water and the beach. We always have an amazing time on the island.

Inviting Island Cottage

This property is inviting, quiet, well equipped, and comfortable. It is a two minute walk to a small public beach access where we saw a few local orca during our stay. The house is situated on a gorgeous lot with a wonderful, private backyard. Views from the private master deck are serene and lovely. The owner Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was responsive, accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay. Would return for sure.

Convenient place to stay just outside of Eastsound

Nicely located a block from a small public beach area and about a mile from Eastsound's central business area. Plenty of space for the family. Joy was a pleasure to work with as our host.

A quiet gem in Orcas

A perfect little house to rest and relax in. We loved the location of this A-frame best after staying in different locations on Eastsound. While we love the views of Buck Mountain, this A-frame provided us a prime place to see sunset at North Beach each night. The area was quiet, and we loved walking into town everyday. The owners were very sweet and came to clean the hot tub for us and even helped my son locate some marbles for a game in the house. We entertained friends and family here a couple of nights, and the big backyard was great for guests. Overall, I would highly recommend.
