This super host thought of EVERYTHING! It’s not just the perfect location but all the details in the room that catered to our every comfort. Fabulous mattress , storage and coffee maker to name a few. Would stay here over and over to soak up the good food and great boutiques of 12South.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location with parking very close to the restaurants and shops on 12 South. Bed was very comfortable. Overall the accommodations were no-frills & pretty basic (similar to a hotel). Sliding door to bathroom has a big gap and doesn't give you any privacy. Not a big deal for a couples stay though. Check in & check out was great. Had a good experience and will keep this on the list for future Nashville visits.

Great locatio

There were some very strong pros and cons about this place.Pro:1. LOCATION…it was about 7ish min from downtown so it was quiet, but not too far from the action and some really cute stores and restaurants in walking distance. You cannot beat it!!2.CLEANLINESS…It is very well maintained and plenty of towels.3.CHECK IN…super easy and the manager even reached out to make sure we got in ok. It was appreciated.Cons:1.BATHROOM…it was a barn door that left a 3-4in gap on either side when you “close” it, so zero privacy. My husband and I were there on an anniversary trip so not a huge deal for us, but I would not want to stay there with friends.2.WIFI…”free wifi” was in name only. The speed was so slow that nothing we were searching for nearby would load on either phone. We stayed on 5G the whole time.Over all I would say it was a 7-8/10. As a place for couples to stay for a weekend getaway it was decent.

Best location, quiet and cozy yet steps away from great dining and entertainment. Easy access to the house, beautiful back porch to enjoy morning coffee. We will be back to soon!!

Perfect!!

Such a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Nashville for the weekend! Right off 12 south…quiet, clean, and short Uber or bus ride to the Gulch and downtown!

Quiet, clean, conveniently located

Our stay was somewhat brief, only a few days, but the room was great. There was some construction going on that seemed to be taking up some of the parking area but we seemed to be the only ones there, so it didn't affect us. Bathroom has a barn door, so left little to the imagination, just FYI :)

Just perfect!!

Perfect quant place close to anything you'll want to do or attend in Nashville! We walked, we drove, and we used Lyft! Communication was top notch! Highly recommend and would reserve it again if in the Nashville area!

Perfect for a couple coming to Nashville

Perfect for a couple who was rarely in the room. We came to Nashville for two dr appts and stayed a couple of extra days to check out some music and shopping. The room was just as advertised. It was very clean and had all the necessities you will need. Easy communication. Would stay again. Just a little tricky finding the parking but we came in late at night.

Great location!

This location and just the wonderful place was all so amazing! The area is quiet and very convenient to walk to coffee shops and dining. We totally stay here again!

Very good!

The only issue that I had was the slanted ceiling. I’m pretty tall and had to watch my head. Otherwise all was very good.

Easy

This property was so Easy to access and met all expectations. King size bed, AC, felt like new clean bath, plenty of towels, kitchenette met basic needs. Only downside was operator error w Mr. Coffee pot. Been a while since I’ve used one and made a mess. A low end Nespresso w recyclable pods and more ice trays would take this to the next level.

Nice compact place to stay

Close to where we wanted to be - not downtown in the craziness of Nashville but close enough to get there and in a nice neighborhood. I didn’t investigate the listing enough before booking as it isn’t on the first floor - it’s upstairs. Dealt with it but will be sure to watch this in future places we rent. Neil was very responsive to questions. Bed was really comfortable :) it’s more like a hotel room as it’s not a full kitchen - good place if you don’t care and plan to eat out. Overall nice place to stay for no more than two people.

Safe and quiet

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The property is easy to access. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Has a park near by with bikes to rent. Felt safe in this part of town. Not recommended for those who are looking to party (for that go downtown),but great for those who want a nice quiet vacation. Can’t say one bad thing about this property and owners!

Very nice place and neighborhood

We had a great time in Nashville at the elmwood street house. 12south is very cool and the place is maybe 100 feet from it.

Excellent place for Two

My partner and I were in Nashville for the Dave Matthews Band concert and stayed for a few extra days to explore the city. This rental was perfect for the two of us for a couple of days and was very close to the shops and restaurants on 12th. You’ve got to try the Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams shop that’s about a 3 minute walk from the house, but maybe wait until you last night there or you’ll end up there every night of your stay like we did! My only (extremely minor) negatives would be the lack of an iron and a toaster. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to have. Overall, it was amazing and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great location in 12 South

Comfortable studio property with enough space for our weekend in Nashville. The unit could use new carpet and a fresh coat of paint. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was sufficient. Although shampoo, conditioner, and soap were not provided. I must have missed that in the listing because I didn’t pack any. Perfect location for walking everywhere in the 12 South neighborhood. Easy check in process and access to get in.
