This was the perfect place for my family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and the place was exactly as pictured. We loved the short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. We will definitely be booking this place again!

this was a last minute trip so I was nervous that there would be some hidden downside, but it was every bit as nice as we hoped. Beautiful view and pool, no one around, and very clean.

Great condo in a great location!! The view from the balcony is amazing, same for the master bedroom window! Everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen and the linen package is a great add on. Minutes to get to the beach and close to many great shops and restaurants. We walked to North Park every morning and did a two mile walk around that great facility! Since the jellyfish were stinging, it was great to have a nice pool as well! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Beach Stay

The property is very clean and fully stocked with everything you may need. It’s a perfect location, just steps away from the beach. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The owner is extremely easy to get in touch with and quickly responds to your questions. Perfect location!

The room is exactly as advertised. For the price it is a little frustrating that basic amenities don’t come with it for example soap or toilet paper. After driving for so long and needing to use the bathroom on arrival and not having toilet paper is a little frustrating. Having to pack your own pillows and sheets for this price is also frustrating. Also in comparison to other hotels who have a lobby that have a bathroom and a gym I would say this is definitely on the more expensive side. The beds are extremely comfortable, the location is great and it is nice that you are offered two parking spots.

Great Family Trip

Wonderful OC

We had wonderful time and enjoyed all OC had to offer. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Especially enjoyed evenings on the deck just listening to the ocean.

2024 Vacation

Location is perfect. Not directly on the beach but a 1/2 block and easy walk. Great view. Kitchen stocked nicely and everything worked. Walkable to multiple restaurants and stores. Would stay there again.

Wonderful location. Owner was very prompt at answering all our questions. We felt very safe and comfortable there and the pool was always quiet- had it to ourselves most times. Easy beach access! Only disappointment was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV so we couldn’t get our streaming services, but my son had brought his laptop so we hooked that into the TV for movies. Hope to come back again!

Just right!

Accurate description, great layout, the 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The kitchen had all we needed. The balcony was and easy beach access were a huge plus. We liked that there. Was no carpet anywhere - just are rugs. And the two parking spots made parking a breeze. The owner was very responsive and kind. My family enjoyed staying here very much

Love the view

The check-in and checkout was super easy. And the Wi-Fi was spot on. Access to transportation was very accessible and convenient. The only thing I had a problem was the lack of cleanliness of the condo. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and the appliances need to be upgraded.

Location was great!

Property was nice. Could use some upgrades in the bathrooms. The cleaning staff didn’t clean bathroom/tubs good. The tv in the living room didn’t work well either. But the place is nice. Location is great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach. The marked parking spots were great too, never had to look for a space. Would definitely stay here again.

July 2022 OC vacation

This condo was right off Coastal HWY on 132st street. Our family has been going OC MD for 14 yrs now to see family and enjoy a beach vacation. Our family lives in North OC. This place was one of the best places we stayed at! You are literally a block away from the beach. It was so nice to walk to the beach a short distance with my 77 yr old mom and so stress free not trying to find a parking space near the beach and then find a reasonavle walk. There was even a free little library of books by the beach entrance which was great since I forgot to bring a book with me. You get 2 parking spaces. There are 2 elevators though only 1 seemed to work. There were luggage racks on wheels to take your stuff up, very convenient. The views are incredible! Ocean views from the condo living room balcony and master bedroom. You can hear the ocean from your balcony. The sunset views from the walkway entrance to the condo were stunning! The place looks nicer in person than in the photos. The only complaint was no TV in 2nd bedroom. So our young 20 somethings were out in the living room on the TV all hours of the night. Which the Master bedroom is right outside of. But that was our own problem. The condo is quiet, couldnt hear anything from neighboring condos. Would LOVE to stay there again!!

Quiet, well-maintained place

If you want to stay away from the boardwalk crowds and enjoy the sunrises over Atlantic and the sunsets over the Bay, this is your place. The property (the building) is well maintained, clean and QUIET (save the hum of conditioners). The same applies to the apartment: well-furnished, clean, quiet and spacious (for the 2BR format). We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return, one day.

A very relaxing week in North Ocean City

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was only a short distance to the beach ⛱ and there was a cart available for toting our chairs and umbrella and beach items. Lifeguards made us feel more comfortable too. The condo pool was perfect for our needs, though it was on the small side. So many places were within walking distance. We were away from the hub-bub of the board walk, which was fine by us. We did drive to Bethany Beach for breakfast and shopping. We walked on Rehoboth boardwalk in the evening. We had a wonderful time and would consider a repeat vacation. Thanks for having us.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location in 'quiet' section of Ocean City, perfect for a family with young children. Check-in process was super easy; good communication with Christie who was very responsive all week when we had questions. Unit is on the older side and needs some updates (which would also address some of the minor cleanliness challenges, i.e. dingy carpets and old pots/pans/utensils) but was comfortable enough for a week's stay. View from balcony was spectacular; can't beat proximity to ocean. Pool was smaller than anticipated; the pictures show the pool at an adjacent complex which can be seen from the balcony but not the pool accessible with the unit. We were also surprised that linens were not included - we must have missed that in the listing and did not see any mention on the app - but OC Linen Rental came through on very short notice (within an hour) and Christie had also offered to help arrange as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent location!!!

Loved the area, away from the riff raff at the boardwalk but still easy walking to shops, restaurants etc. Loved the condo with beach and bay views, easy walk to beach with lots of room and own pool to change it up from the sand. Only issue was the condo was not cleaned very well. Had to wash the bathroom floor because we noticed our feet were dirty right after showering. I had to wash it down 2x because lots of dirt on the Clorox wipes. Also noticed some dirt on the floor behind the end tables in LR as well. Condo could use some updating as the wallpaper in the baths was starting to peel away and kind of outdated. Shower fixtures and bath fixtures also a little outdated and looked worn from long time use. But otherwise, loved our stay, beds super comfy. Would definitely consider again.
