Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

Condo was great! Very clean and nicely updated. Being right downtown allowed us to be close to the fun atmosphere Charlevoix has to offer. The view is beautiful and the deck looks right over Round Lake with all of the boat docks. Would love to stay here again.

Totally Beautiful and Convenient!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! We were so delighted with the location in downtown Charlevoix (literally a stones throw to the Main Street) as well as the cleanliness and nautical modern decor of the unit. Everything we could need was provided from bountiful towels to a fully appointed kitchen. The grocery store Olesons was right across the street so we could easily walk to and from the store to buy whatever we needed. And the view on Round Lake was spectacular and great for enjoying Happy Hour. We couldn’t have been happier with this place!

Great Location!

Mary's condo was the best. She met us when we arrived and filled us in on many local favorite restaurants and other attractions. The condo as pictured, looks out on the harbor where I was able to keep my boat. Oleson's grocery store is a block away as well as the shops and restaurants of Charlevoix. We traveled up and down lake Charlevoix by boat to several really fun places including the general store at Horton's Bay where Ernest Hemingway spent his childhood summers. We even saw an historic schooner come into the harbor from Lake Michigan one morning from the balcony one morning, the 90 foot "Pride of Baltimore II".

Covid vacation

Property was clean, comfortable and very well appointed (including hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes). Location was great! Neighbors were quiet. Shops, restaurants, park, waterfront, farmer’s market and grocery store all about a five minute walk away. Very nice to get groceries or take out from the restaurants and eat on the deck while watching the boaters come in and out. Also easy to have a picnic in the park. (Nice options during covid era). Also nice to walk through neighboring areas or out to the pier/lighthouse at sunset. Day trips to Harbor Springs, Traverse City and the Mackinac Island ferry were all about an hour or so drive. Highly recommend this location!

Perfect location

The property is beautifully situated right on the marina. The deck offers an opportunity to just relax and watch the boats come and go. We could easily walk everywhere in town. Only a block from the grocery store and a block to the best restaurant in town. Condo is very comfortable, clean and well stocked.

Cozy condo on the water

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place. We received a warm welcome with thoughtful touches for us and our young daughters. The place was very comfortable and the location outstanding. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the activity in round lake. The pool was excellent (although not heated so keep that in mind for when you visit) and we used it once or twice a day. All in all, we had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed the condo.

The Perfect Getaway

This property is perfect. Wonderful water views and a PRIME location just steps from Downtown Charlevoix. All of this was in the listing but WOW, I didn’t expect the cutest town, parks, and the nicest people! Our host had everything ready to go and even left the most thoughtful welcome note and treats. We were traveling with our 3 year old and 2 year old. The steps on the property took a while to navigate with two little ones, but the location was so great, we didn’t even mind! Wonderful, wonderful property. We’ll be back!!

Location, decor, setting, all a plus.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay in Charlevoix. Unit was ready early, so we were able to check in early. Great location with both water and park view. Walk to town, grab a bite and eat in the park. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable. Jacuzzi shower was a bit awkward, but useable. The only downside was the pool was advertised when unit booked 2 weeks before checkin, however two days before checkin, we were told pool had not been prepped for season yet. It was one reason we choose this place. The pool, empty when we arrived, was filled up by the last full day we were there, so we enjoyed it some.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

My kids and I rented this beautiful two bedroom condo while in town visiting family. I was so happy upon our arrival to see how clean and cute the condo was. I loved all the decorative touches. It felt like I was staying at a friend’s. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including detergent, soap and cleaning supplies. The location is also perfect for downtown shopping and restaurants. Mary was great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return here myself!

Fresh & Clean Nautical Walkable Condo in Charlevoix

We had a fabulous time in this unit while enjoying a long holiday weekend in Charlevoix. Enjoy the view of Charlevoix city harbor and the various boats coming in an out. One of the best features about this unit is its proximity to downtown - it is a short stroll to all the best resturants and shops. The unit was clean, accurately described, and well stocked with all the necessities. Would stay again!

Relaxing Charlevoix Stay

Great Experience - Would Absolutely Stay Again!

Our stay in Charlevoix was incredible, such a relaxing vacation! The space was so clean and welcoming, it had the perfect charm for a vacation on the water. It had the perfect location for going downtown to the unique shops and boutiques, viewing the boats on the lake, and also spending time catching some sunshine by the pool right downstairs. The accommodation is exactly as described on VRBO and Mary, the host, was so kind. We will definitely be back next year for our next vacation!

Great Downtown Spot!

Wanted to do a little Northern Michigan stay-cation, and this condo in Charlevoix was perfect! First thing was the location - right on Round Lake and 200ft. from the downtown shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to come back in the summer and use the pool! You can tell the condo was recently updated and given some new furnishings. The bedrooms were extreme nice and comfortable, while the living area was open bright. Would definitely recommend this condo to anything looking to visit Charlevoix or northern Michigan! I know we'll be back!

Outstanding Location and Spectacular View

The amazing water view was serene at sunrise and vibrant during the day. The location to the delightful shops and restaurants in town was incredibly convenient. The condo was even better than imagined with so many new and clean amenities. This rental surpassed our expectations and we are looking forward to a return visit later in the summer.
