Wonderful ground floor condo

Excellent condo and just loved the ground floor access. Was so easy to walk straight out from the patio to the pool or beach and close to the main gate if one in our party wanted to lock up while the kids headed to pool or beach. The Murphy bed was super comfy & made the most of the space. Beautiful sunset views right from the patio! Thank you for sharing this lovely property with our family!

Really Nice Condo

We had stayed at Pelican Walk last year but this was a MUCH nicer condo! Cleaner, better decor, more comfortable bed. We loved that it was on the first floor and so close to the pool. Hoping to stay here again on our next trip.

Beaching retirement

This was our first snowbird trip! This condo was perfect. Beautiful views and very accessible! Definitely will rebook! The property managers were awesome when we had no water due to maintenance. We had a blast ❤️

Perfect!

The location was great. The condo was perfect; close to the pool, beach view, lots of space, and decor was beautiful! Also, very clean. The patio was great for sitting and watching the waves. We saw dolphins several times during our stay from the patio! We plan to rent 109 again and again!

Perfect view!

This condo was AMAZING! everything we needed was there. I personally like the lower floors because of small children. And this was perfect! Just a few steps out the door and your feet will be in the sugar white sand!

Comfortable Place to stay

Room 109 is a very nice and comfortable room. I would have liked to speak directly to the owner, though. While I understand that peak season leaves little time for deep cleaning, I clean houses for a living and would say that the cleaning crew is taking advantage of the cleaning fee being charged. Overall, it is a very nice room and would definitely stay here again. Donna

I searched for MONTHS & MONTHS trying to find exactly what I wanted. FINALLY, this was it.

Location location location!!! I was a little concerned that being on first floor would be noisy but it was not! I cannot tell you how convenient it was being able to step right out on the sand. Property was phenomenal!! All high quality finishes. Murphy’s bed was almost more comfy than the master king. 😇. Hands down the best I’ve EVER stayed in. WILL BE BACK!!

A great place

We were here for 2 weeks during spring break. It was far enough down the beach to be away from all the chaos but close enough for many good restaurants. There was an immense police presence patrolling the beach…maybe because it was spring break but there were no issues around us. The entire condo building was quite quiet. Our patio was only 20 yards from the heated pool. We would have preferred that pool be warmer. The other pool was not heated at all. Not many people were swimming. The condo kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Both bathrooms and showers were great. The only concern was the sofa seemed too soft.. the springs are too squishy. We really enjoyed the keyless entry. We would recommend it to anyone and may return in the future.

Spring break!

The property was in a wonderful location and great easy access to the beach with wonderful views. We had a slight issue with the washer machine which they were quick to respond, fix, and make things right. They take pride in their clients and make sure they are treated great. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful setting. Old mattress.

The only problem with this unit is that the mattress needs replaced. It’s an old pillowtop. RealJoy put a topper on which helped some. Talked to owners and they said they are aware it needs replacing but couldn’t get it done in the month that we stayed. That was most important to us and feel they misrepresent their condo if not providing an updated bed, saying it’s all remodeled. We would stay there again if mattress is replaced, but how would we know??

Excellent Getaway

Loved the unit, convenient to everything. Weve stayed at Pelican Walk many times and love the property. The January weather did not cooperate with us this year, it was cold, so we left earlier than expected. The hot tub was also closed which was a bummer for us, but the unit is excellent, ground floor which we wanted, close to the heated pool. We already plan to come back in August which hopefully the weather will be much better.

109 pelican walk

Great condo! We enjoyed being on the first floor , close to the pool and beach. Condo was upgraded with nice bathrooms and kitchen. Would have been great to have had WiFi, smart TVs for Netflix etc, a fan for noise when sleeping, better toiletries and more paper towels and toilet paper. Other than that we loved it.

The condo unit was decorated and furnished absolutely perfectly! The only thing wrong was the freezer didn't make ice. Otherwise the condo was fabulous. Housekeeping could step it up. The sheets on both the King size bed and Murphy bed were dirty and had not been cleaned. But that is a housekeeping issue and no reflection on the owner at all. I will gladly book this unit again in the future!

Oct stay

We have stayed in this unit before several times. We really like the location. The only negative I have is the housecleaning could have been a bit better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
