Welcome to Pelican Walk 703! This 1 bedroom - 2 bath coastal retreat sleeps up to four guests and showcases breathtaking views of the Gulf of America from the balcony and the floor-to-ceiling windows. Free Beach Chair Service included seasonally March through October!

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from quick beachside snacks to meals, that you can enjoy at the dining table, breakfast bar, or overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf. For added convenience, the condo includes a washer and dryer. The bedroom features a king size bed and adjoining private bathroom, with custom tile shower. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sports fans & movie lovers will enjoy the 65" TV; perfect for watching SEC games or movies on Netflix! Pelican Walk is located on the East end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive within 2 miles of Schooners, Captain Anderson’s, and St. Andrew’s State Park. Pelican Walk amenities include FREE parking, FREE WIFI, two gulf front pools (one heated seasonally October through April), tennis, pickleball, racquetball, hot tub, two grill areas, and more! Pelican Walk's is close to family entertainment, restaurants, shopping, pontoon & jet ski rentals, golf & mini-golf, and fishing. Are you coming to play baseball or softball in Panama City Beach? Pelican Walk is just a short, 4.7 mile drive to Publix Sports Park. Everything you need is with in a 5 mile radius, leaving you plenty of time for some FUN in the SUN!

Amazing View

We loved this little condo. The view is amazing and the location was perfect for us. The beach outside the condo wasn’t super overcrowded. It was a relaxing stay.

Was a great condo, however it was really lacking in surface areas other than kitchen counter, small kitchen table and tiny living room coffee table, no place to put things in hallway, living area or bedroom. Only one small bedside table, pedestal type, so with the lamp it didn't even hold phone charger and book. Minimal lighting in bedroom. Refrigerator shelving wobbly, couldn't use top shelf for anything heavy. If staying at Pelican Walk would suggest units on the west side for a better view. The bed was adequate, pillows awful, so bring your own. The unit was clean.

I had water over flowing from a toliet in condo above me at 6:30 am. Had it not stopped the whole condo could have been badly damaged by the time the office answered at 9.
