I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay. Overall, everything is well maintained. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service and we had my 76 year old father in law with a bad hip with us. (I was notified via email, but after I had booked and paid my deposit) The stairs and the stairway door could use some work too. Next time, hopefully the elevator is functional.

Great property

We wanted a nice space on the beach, relaxed and a little quiet. This property was perfect. It was just the two of us, but this condo would have fit more comfortably. We would stay here again.

Perfect week at the beach

Beautiful condo and grounds. Well-stocked kitchen. It’s so nice to stay somewhere where the pictures match the reality and everything worked just as it should! Beach was close, clean, and we were away from the busier parts of PCB which is how we like it!

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. This was our first time,we normally stay on front beach road. Due to the high cost of our usual Condo we decided to try something new. I am glad we did. There was much less traffic and noise.

Nice place

This is a nice place and a nice condo. This is our second stay here. The last time there wasnt as many rules as there was this time bjt we managed. Check in and out were easy, clean property. I had some issues with a smoke detector beeping and the air messing up but the owner was very quick in responding to and resolving the issue.

Will be back next year

Our family loved this condo and the Staff was awesome!!! The views of the beach were beautiful 😍! We hope to reserve the condo again for next year. There does need to be liquid dish detergent because there was not any in the liquid dispenser. And the coffee maker still had old coffee in it. I would still recommend this condo to others ❤️

The couch’s could be updated otherwise furnishing were good. Only complaint was we did see roaches. When I called they had someone out same day to service. I know roaches are common in Florida, however it does leave an uneasy feeling when cooking, or that we can bring them home. We will stay again with four star most definitely

Thanks for your review. The Resort has a contract for monthly Pest Control Service with a local company but we here at Four Star will send our own Pest Control expert to help mitigate what got past them. The couch was replaced September 2023. It's less than a year old, tough to imagine it needs to be replaced again so soon. Love to have you back next time your ready for a Beach trip.

I loved the chairs on the balcony. The only issue we had all week was that the lights in the kitchen were too dim which made it hard to see sometimes. I just used the light from the microwave to help. We would definitely stay there again. There was also quite a bit of construction going on at the complex due to hurricane repairs but they were quiet & didn’t bother us in any way.

Peaceful east end stay

We usually stay on the west end but came to Summerhouse because our fave beach guy works there now. His name is Jonathan, and he is the best! The facility was nice, and I do like that there’s a 24/7 front desk attendant. The rules at this facility are a little stricter than where we usually stay, but the people are nice, the grounds are beautiful, and we appreciated being on the first floor. There is only one elevator for each building (there are 3, and we were in A, the one in the center). The view is really nice, even from just the first floor. Do be aware that there are stairs entering and exiting the beach one way, so navigating a beach buggy can get a little tricky if you don’t take the longer sandy pathway. As for the room, it was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were roomy enough, too. The guest bedroom also had several beach chairs and toys to use at the beach. If I could say one thing the unit lacks is a garbage disposal. I’ve never stayed at one that didn’t have it. There are little details about the place that could stand to be touched up, but the decor was nice, and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: This condo is ok, I feel like I paid for ground level which is what I thought I was getting and we DID NOT with this unit you still have to use the elevator and it wasnt always working so that was a problem. I even messaged peter franco the owner of this unit and ask him if this unit was ground level to walk straight out to pool and beach as soon as I booked the unit and he never responded bc I would have cancelled and found another unit.-people where friendly-pool was great-weather was great-ocean was close and beautiful-this unit had some problems-FLOORS VERY DIRTY, cant walk barefoot at all your feet will get black quickly-we tried to use the oven to make kids nuggets and it was dirty and smoked like crazy so firealarm went off-the sliding back door is almost impossible to open and close, we cleaned sand and stuff out of it and got it to work a little better. the problem with this is we thought we had it closed but the airconditioner connector that they have on the door wasnt completely connected so the air wouldnt work and it got hot in the unit until we figured out the problem and cleaned out the door. this was a constant problem all week as we all wanted to go in and out of balcony.-if you come into unit at night there is NO light around front door it is DARK and hard to see the keypad to open door so you need a light-this unit is on end right beside the stairs so you hear alot all night of people going up and down stairs especially when the elevator doesnt work-no Keurig maker-tv remotes dont workoverall we had a good experience wonderful weather and great pool and ocean but the downside is this unit needs a little TLC, cleaning and if you are looking to be on ground floor this unit says 101 but not ground floor!!!! when Im looking for a unit that is my biggest thing I look for and pay more money for and I even asked the property owner and I never got a answer so very disappointed.-if your

Thank you for booking with us. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you ran into during your stay. Your message asked if you can walk to the pool or beach and we responded that you can. I wish you would've asked if this was a ground-floor unit if that was something that was important. Also, here is our marketing description, "Gulf Front 2 bed/2 bath Masters On Gulf Sleeps 6 First floor unit new kitchen". We clearly note that it's on the First Floor. You even talked to my office and asked if you could bring a class C vehicle, which you can if it fits inside a normal parking spot. I hate to hear about the issues with the tile's grout, my cleaning manager has scheduled that work. I'm happy to report that our maintenance technician has looked at the oven and didn't find it to start smoking during multiple attempts. I'm surprised that you wouldn't call our office to let us know about the issue with a smoking stove. We take smoke very seriously and wish you would've contacted us. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours maintenance line. I hate to hear that you had an issue using the TV remotes, all of our TV's are checked between each guest for functionality. If you would've given our office a call during your stay, we could've assisted you with using a TV remote control. Again, I'm sorry that you thought this was a ground floor property, even though it says the exact opposite on the marketing page, description and your paperwork. Best of luck in the future and please be sure to read the property description before making your reservations.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully decorated! Beautiful view to the beach and pool area! Summerhouse is a great place to stay, very clean and the staff is so nice and do not bother you. They let you enjoy your stay. We felt very safe! Family friendly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was nice, but needed some attention in a couple areas. 1st both the couch and love seat where stained and just looked nasty and the 2nd thing was the tub/shower drained super slow. So while showing you would be standing in couple inches of water. Other than these 2 issues the condo was overall nice.

GREAT FAMILY BEACH VACATION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent 4 days at SUMMER HOUSE in Panama City & had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice & had a great ocean view. We are planning a trip back next year & hope to stay in the same condo. Our host, Four Star Condo Services, was quick to respond to our inquiries. The grounds are beautifully maintained.
