This fully remodeled family friendly clean 3 bedroom/1 bath home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in central Rapid City, South Dakota. It is within walking distance to the Rapid City Bike Path, Meadowbrook Golf Course, Parks and Rec Swimming Pool, and Storybook Island. Dinosaur Park, Downtown Rapid City, Bear Country, and Reptile Gardens are all within a 15-minute drive. Mt. Rushmore, Keystone, Hill City, Deadwood, Custer, Crazy Horse Memorial, and the Badlands are also within an hour drive. This home offers flexibility and convenience to many tourist attractions.

The home has 3 bedrooms all with Roku TV’s; 2 with queen beds and 1 with a twin bed and hidden trundle. Full tub/shower bathroom is conveniently located for all three bedrooms. The cozy living room comes equipped with a 55" curved TV and comfortable seating for your family. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room offers a spacious table with easy access to a walkout covered patio with a Weber grill providing an indoor or outdoor dining option. The patio leads to a fenced private yard.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, clean property. We particularly enjoyed spending evenings on the back patio. Our kids loved the variety of games and playing in the backyard. I will also say the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we could want for cooking. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Rapid City.

A perfect house to stay at for our vacation.

Centrally located to get to all the attractions in and around Rapid City. The beds were comfortable. My shower was always hot! We loved having dinner on the back patio. The kitchen is truly well stocked for whatever you want to cook or bake.

This property was just perfect for us. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, everything very clean and in good shape. Great comfortable space for relaxing as well as dining. Great places to sit out front as well as back, to enjoy a coffee or a drink. My teens appreciated the TV in each room! Randall checked in on our needs just enough and was very responsive. Will definitely stay here if available for a next trip to Rapid!

Great location and beautiful house

A very well kept and clean house, located in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive of all the attractions we wanted to see. The owners were great messaging us, as to whether we had any questions concerns. Comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the appliances needed! We would definitely stay there again!

Great house for the rally

Nice to ride all day and come back to a comfortable, cool house to relax. Owner was very quick and responsive to questions or issues that arose. Would definitely come back to this property

Awesome Accommodations!

This place was awesome. It was super clean, prepared, cozy, and overall amazing for our trip. Would highly recommend. After staying for a few days and going out and sight seeing it made me want to move to South Dakota. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Convenient location

This was a wonderful place in Rapid City to use to explore the area. We went to Wind Cave, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, the Badlands, and the South Dakota Air and Space Museum in our couple days here, and the location was very convenient. The house was exactly as described, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four. I highly recommend this place for staying in the Rapid City area.

Cozy, Clean & Comfy

We had a wonderful stay at Randall and Shannon’s place. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We especially liked the fenced-in backyard. It was a lovely place to rest after full days of exploring the Black Hills. I highly recommend this space for families. On top of that, the hosts were wonderful too—quick communication with any questions I had and they checked in to see how things were going.

Family vacation out west

We planned to visit the Badlands, Mt Rushmore and the Black Hills, and this property in Rapid City was conveniently located near all the things we wanted to do. The property was lovely, comfortable, private, and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the tools we could need, and the bathroom and bedrooms were also generously supplied with linens. We also loved the outdoor spaces for this home.

Perfect

Easy check-in. House was beautiful and very clean. Neighbor was a big help watching over our belongings while we were away during the day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Home has all the comforts as if it were my own home. Would definitely book again.

Black Hills Vacation

The house was wonderful! Everything was very clean and cozy. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious! The location was great for doing activities in Rapid City, but also for seeing other things in the Black Hills. The neighborhood was nice and so were all of the neighbors. The hosts were very prompt to respond and made sure we were taken care of. We had a great time during our stay and would definitely stay here again next time we're in the Black Hills!

Softball Tourney get away.

We were so pleased to arrive to such a lovely clean, quiet home. Modern with cozy finishes were just right. The beds were very comfortable . Everything we needed was in the home. The host checked in with us every day to make sure things were just as we expected. They alerted us to a neighborhood garage sale that was happening the weekend were there. The neighbors were great and it still remained uncomplicated and quiet.. Our stay was perfect. I will stay here again.

Very nice

Very nice neighborhood. Easy check in. Home had what we needed to feel at home and more. The cleaner is very consientious and provided extra towels. Only thing that could have been improved for our family of 6 staying Mon-Sat is a little more tp, garbage bags and hand soap for our length of stay. Really not a big deal though. Good communication with host. Internet works well. Great experience.

Excellent response time with any questions. Home was ready for us upon arrival. It was roomy, clean and the backyard was an added surprise. We spent most of our at home time enjoying the yard space. Love it!

Review of 2013 Selkirk Place Rapid City, SD

The candy was a welcome surprise. The coffee was appreciated. The paper plates, the napkins, the plastic cups were all appreciated. The kitchen was very well appointed with all pots,, pans and trays required for any type of cooking. The host provided us a hair dryer very promptly because we needed one.. The home was in a quiet residential neighborhood and very close to the major roads for our travel plans. We were very pleased with the house. The outdoor patio and backyard were very private. The grill worked great and we enjoyed grilling a couple of nights. Overall, an excellent experience.

Wonderful property

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Rapid City at this property. The house was very clean and well laid out. Beds were comfortable, & communication with the landlord / property owner was great. All was as advertised and we had a great time for my fathers birthday! The location was just what we needed & the patio & grill was fun!
