The location to the beach and pool were the best! the updated furniture and decor was very nice. the beds were also very comfortable. Dee left coffee and Kuerig for us to enjoy and that was appreciated.

Very happy here!

We had a wonderful stay! A beautiful, cheerful place with lovely decor and plenty of nice dishware, towels, etc. Dee was great to work with, and the check-in/out process was super easy! (I should mention there are stairs, within the condo and also a few to get to it, so it might not be the best spot for anyone with mobility issues, but otherwise we recommend 100%. Especially great for families! Our kids/teens loved it!

Great vacation!

The villa was perfect! Plenty of room for the family and the views were great! We will continue to come back to Amelia with experiences like this. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear. Highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Perfect location

The check in process was simple. The condo location was perfect. It was a short walk to beach or pool. Beautiful views from balcony. We would definitely stay again.

Love this condo

Have been staying on Amelia for years. Truly have found the perfect place for me and family. Property had everything we needed and the distance to beach and pool was just a few steps. Love this condo and definitely will be staying there again.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This condo had everything our family of 7 needed to make for a fabulous week long vacation. The newly renovated kitchen was an extra bonus! Ocean views were amazing. Dee was such a pleasure to communicate with and we would highly recommend this property for a future stay!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Amelia Island is certainly one of Florida’s best treasured secrets. Our accommodations were superb; with well stocked kitchen, laundry, beach items, quality seating and sleeping furniture, and plenty of room for our party of eight family members. Linens and mattresses were most impressive as well as the amazing views. Ample parking and proximity to the beach and pool areas were also a positive feature of this unit. The owner/manager was very accommodating with questions we may have had and we will definitely be making a return trip soon!

A lovely beachside rental

If access to the beach is a high priority, consider this property. We enjoyed Amelia Island in general, and rode our bikes all over the island. The property has a lot of stairs, so if you are in any way limited in physical ability, this may not be the property for you, but we didn’t mind all the steps, and in fact, it was a plus in hitting our exercise movement goals! We were two families with mom and dad plus 5 kids between us. They were all well accommodated. The rooftop balcony/patio door is a bit difficult to open, and we only went out there once. I would like to have used it more, but aside from that, it was fine. There is a large TV and we were able to watch all the streaming services from there without any issues. The kitchen is a galley style, and a bit tight, but not overly so. The property manager is very helpful, and was extremely thorough in making sure that we had a good time. The property was also extremely clean. Overall, I would go back again and stay here without thinking twice.

Amelia Island - Beachwalker Building

We had a wonderful time enjoying this cute little unit on the Omni property! The unit was very clean and comfortable (good nap couches!) and well equipped! As a heads up, the listing online does not depict that the walk from the gravel parking lot and up the boardwalk to the unit is pretty involved, so packing lightly is recommended and its probably not the best for anyone with mobility restrictions. The check-in and checkout instructions from the property manager were sent via email and were very involved and specific. However, the document included many typos, grammatical errors and the document itself was saved as another person's stay in 2021... Not very professional or helpful, in my opinion. The property manager got our name wrong for check in at the property gate, so we were stuck figuring that out with security. Our stay was great until Thursday morning when we woke up to a ceiling leak in the kitchen. We were not mad about a leak, we understand things happen! But after sending pictures of the leak and communicating with the property manager, there was a lot to be desired in the way it was handled. It seemed there were a lot of communication issues with this person. Overall, a good stay and we enjoyed our time, but we'll probably be going with a different unit next time.

Would Rent Again

Terrific location, nice accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with necessities. The kitchen was a little tight but we got used to it quickly. Beach access was amazing, pool was wonderful. Our family encompassed 80 year old parents, 3 teenagers, and a 10 year old. Everyone had a terrific time.

My husband and I stayed here with my children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone and the Pack and Plays. After putting babies to bed we enjoyed adult time on the rooftop deck by master bedroom. Would book again.

Great stay...booked again before we left!

What a great week! The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Dee pays attention to every detail...kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you needed..even kcups for the Keurig in case you need a caffeine fix once you arrive. The ocean view was amazing. We had a fabulous week and went ahead and booked another trip before we left. Highly recommend...it will now be our go to place to stay at Amelia..

Great place for a family vacation!

No complaints - we had a great time! Location was amazing - very easy walk to the beach. Large, beautiful pool. Condo was very nicely decorated and very well stocked. We had a family of 5 including 3 20-somethings. We all loved it!

The views are spectacular and the condo is just as it looks in the pictures. Easy access to the beach and lots of activities in the area. It was a great vacation!
