Shipwatch oceanfront condominiums, offered by Hodnett Cooper, have been a favorite family destination for many years. With just 52 residences, Shipwatch is a quiet community ideal for both weekend getaways and multiple month escapes.

Each residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, and a private balcony. #306 is nicely decorated in bright, beach colors and offers a partial ocean view from the balcony.

Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, volleyball area, large grass lawn, outdoor grills and complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Great place

Love the updates to the place, nice walkable location to the beach and a longer walk to the St. Simon Lighthouse. Loved finding the spirit trees too!

We really enjoyed this place. It felt like home had everything we needed. Nice big bed, nice shower, Great outside deck, really nice pool, great location, very quiet and laid-back would definitely stay here again.

Week at the Beach

Parked our car and rode bikes everywhere we needed to go! Walked out the boardwalk through the dunes to a beautiful sandy beach! Perfect location with a nice pool to cool off in.

Hedy! Condo, king bed not very comfortable, but overall a nice place to stay.

You are a nice walk to the beach and the condo is nice for a family of 4. We had 3 of us and it worked well. The furniture is too large for the sitting room and the balcony so it feels a bit cramped. The king bed is a bit worn (matress) and could use replacing but not horrible. Perfect location! You are minutes away from all the restaurants and the view is beautiful!

Peace and quite

Nice property, nice location for getting to other parts of the island. There is a nice boardwalk to the beach, a nice LONG boardwalk.

Weekday Getaway

This condo was beautiful! We comfortably slept 3 adults and loved the accessibility to the beach. The patio was an added bonus for winding down with a glass of wine after a long day in the sun. The views from the third floor were amazing to wake up to! If you're staying at this condo, be sure to bring salt, pepper or other seasonings. Also, you'll need to bring your own coffee and filters, too. I'd recommend packing a few extra towels, trash bags and paper towels as there is a limited amount provided. Other than that, it was spectacular! 5 stars for customer service, too! The staff was phenomenal.

Nice location, but condo could use some updates. Oversized furniture, very little storage, especially for food. Too much furniture on porch which pretty much left it unuseable
