This cute little apartment was close to everything. The trolley had a drop off point right across the street. We were able to walk around Savannah and come back and relax very easily.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In the middle of everything Savannah! This was a perfect cottage for a quick getaway. The place is well maintained and has everything you need. There is a gas station on the other side of the block that is really nice and has a lot of household items if you need any. CVS is within walking distance as well. We walked everywhere downtown and got an Uber to Tybee Island and St Bonaventure Cemetery. If you want to experience Savannah this is the place to stay!

Charming place in a great location

We could not have asked for a better location for this charming little apartment. We were within walking distance to everything but far enough off the busiest areas to have quiet time. Decorated beautifully, but there was an old musty and mold smell. The bathtub did not look clean and it was extremely difficult to pull the faucet knob out. The management sent only one door code for check in (there are 2) and the code that was sent to me did not work. Positives about the management was that they answered any time which was good since we needed the check in door codes late and had maintenance look at the tub faucet right away. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage at their office while we used our last day for more sight seeing. Overall, we liked this cozy little place.

What a super cute little condo/place to stay at! It was so cute and the staff were so nice to let me store my bags with them before check in time. 15 min walk to downtown or to any of the green parks. Very easy!

Our first time in Savannah and we lucked out. Perfect for couples, clean, well stocked and great location. We walked everywhere. Beautiful historic Savannah. Will be back!!!

Overall, very happy with our stay. Great location and easily walkable to all the Savannah has to offer. Check in was super easy and the apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend to others!

A lovely place, close to everything downtown

It is a lovely, cozy apartment, well-appointed 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for my time in Savannah. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bed is comfy, and the internet connection seemed fine the entire time I was there. I was very happy with my stay!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. We will definitely be staying again. Location is great, we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was super easy. 5/5 recommend!

Home away from home

The location was great and the apartment was just as described. Just felt it could have been a little cleaner. The door going into the building was filthy and hallway wasn't much better and the apartment could have been a little cleaner. But overall it was good and the location was great.

If you are looking to walk between North and South historic districts and the river, this place is in the perfect location! It is just a 5 minute walk from many major squares, restaurants, Leopolds and more! We also loved having a clean place to stop for a bathroom/water break on days where we were doing a lot of walking and exploring. The bed was pretty comfortable compared to most vacation rentals I’ve tried, though it is SUPER squeaky. This place is definitely built for only 1-2 people to stay in and I would not recommend more than that. We mainly used it just to sleep, and it worked perfectly for that! The place is very old and it’s easy to tell. The property also has mini shampoos/conditioners/soaps when you arrive and multiple rolls of toilet paper, which was great! I wish it could have been a bit cleaner, as you can tell that they don’t pay attention to smaller areas like under the bathroom sink, in drawers, smaller surfaces. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot or putting my stuff in the bathroom drawers, just because I noticed some leftover dirt and grime from previous stays, but that would be my only gripe! Other than that, this place was a great stay for two for a trip to Savannah!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description was good but the conditions was not acceptable. The room looked and felt like a basement room. When we arrived it was hot and very damp in the room. It took several hours for the air conditioner to make the room livable. Parking, even, to unload, was difficult unless you parked in illegal spots. It took a day to straighten everything out. TV service was not usable. Most everything was pay TV. The bed was not comfortable. There were sufficient kitchen appliances in a very tight kitchen. The bathroom tub and shower was difficult to use and fit in. The location in Savannah was very good. I would recommend not to rent this accommodation.

We were directly across from Colonial Cemetery. I worked from the apartment during the day and we walked historic Savannah in the evenings. I would suggest the apartment to have a couple of throw blankets would be great. And an extra roll of toilet paper. :-)

Living like a SCAD student.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wife and I celebrated 10 years by leaving the kids home and living like college students, who actually have disposable income. The location is the sell on this spot. We could walk to all the touristy spots, and Uber cheaply to anywhere outside downtown. Apartment is decorated nicely, but has no natural light. If my wife didn’t have me to wake her up she would have slept the day away. It rained a lot and we had to go out front to check the weather. Overall it was an okay stay and any of our concerns were addressed.
