Great location but disappointed property.

Me and my wife were genuinely disappointed with our stay here. I will definitely not stay here in future. We had booked it for 3 nights. The location is great but the furniture in the apartment is very dated and worn, it must be renovated. There was a spacious balcony but the furniture in the balcony was nasty like no one will ever use it. The cushions on the chairs were badly corroded. Despite of having such a great view, we were not able to use the balcony for relaxation. On the first day, we were out of air conditioning, which was resolved the next day in the evening. It was a terrible experience with Surfside Resort.

40th anniversary

We loved everything. If I could bring to your attention the lights over the bed flicker when you walk across the floor. It’s not a complaint but the broom and vacuum do not work that well. Just thought if you knew about them it would help

Couch and chairs are very stained and worn. No beach towels and the towles in the shower are very stained and old. It definitely needs an update. Other than that great place and location.

Great

Is a great place, but there are some items to be fixed. The a/c in the room is not cool enough, the vertical blinds of the room and living are damage, the bed is too soft and I found a little roach in the bed. If those items get fixed surely I will rent it again. The area is bery good.

AWESOME LOCATION!! View of the ocean was nice. Unit itself needs major updating and furniture replacement. Very good deal for the price. Beach access is amazing. Lounge chairs included is always a plus. I would definitely stay here again because I liked the logistics of the resort.

Good location but not clean

The location is great - just steps from the beach (this is the only thing good I can say about this place). This place needs to be updated and a thorough cleaning. We did not feel it was very clean. The floor in the kitchen at the bar stools was very dirty with old food and crumbs. The carpet is in rough condition and needs to be replaced ASAP. The furniture also did not look very clean (stains) and needs to be replaced. The chair in the bedroom had NO LEGS and needs to be removed and replaced. The entire condo is very outdated - in the least a very good cleaning as we never felt we were in a clean place. There were a couple of crayons in the floor from previous guests so I am not sure how well this place was cleaned before our arrival. Parking was horrible as we were never able to park at the location as the parking lot and deck were full. We were told to park on the street by the manager. So every night we would come in and had to park down the street about a half-mile away.

We have stayed on this property for several years. Like the location and use of beach chairs. The only complaint was that the air was not cool enough. When you visit Florida, you need air.

Nice Stay

This was a nice place. Could not see the beach very well as it is only on the third floor. Could not check in until after 4:00 pm even though unit was ready. Kitchen and bath were updated and everything worked. New washer and dryer combo unit. The living room furniture needed upgraded as well as the bed mattress as it was shot. Overeall, a nice stay ,

A great getaway

The property is located directly across from the beach. Grocery store and pharmacy are within walking distance. When we tried to book for next year, everything was sold out!

Amazing location! It was awesome to wake up and see the ocean every morning.

Comfortable

We have stayed at Surfside many times. Condo is comfortable not new but in good shape. Thermostats has a mind of its own and Washer door slightly sprung need to pull up from bottom as you open latch. Neither were to bothersome and we would return and recommend 310.

Everything was good.. location was awesome... I thought rooms could be little cleaner but overall a good place to stay and the kids loved it... we definitely didn’t want to leave

It was ok

The condo is dated. Someone was changing the thermostat remotely. The elevators were next to impossible to get on. However as little time as I was in the room it was ok. The view was good. Beach access was easy and I loved having chairs waiting for me. Location was good.
