Marlin Arms

Room was very clean, plenty of towels and the AC was great to come back to after being out in the sun and Texas Heat. Location is also a big plus close to many attractions and restaurants.

Bayside Condo

We lived the pool and we love that the fishing dock is just a few feet from the pool. The kids swam while Dad fished. Also love that there is an elevator and there is a laundry mat on site.

New Years Eve Vacation

We had a small issue with door combo....user error 😆 We were thrilled that one of the balconies was available! We saw dolphins swimming in the bay even! Beds were very comfortable! Close walk to everything!! Thank you!

Be Aware!

I am nit really sure where to start...make sure you get your parking license unless you want your car is towed. Where you can get it? Ask help to God. This place has so many safety hazards to list. Beaten down place. Dont be fooled with the pictures. It is old, outdated and net being kept up. No laundry (there is one but the locals said it has never worked,figured)...will I be back? Never. Try to find somewhere else. For the amount I paid i am disappointed. You can get much better places for $600 a night.

Weekend stay

Location is great. Restaurants close by and bay view is amazing. The downfall of our stay was knows in shower were broken. So only cold water in one restroom. Two balconies weren't able to be opened. The pool was green on Friday when we checked in. Next day was a little better but still dirty. Couches should be replaced.

Extraordinary location!!!

My family stays on the Island often. The unit is set up with 3 full baths and is located within walking distance of the bayside bars and restaurants. This is the perfect place to fish off the dock under the green lights, keep your boat and watch the fireworks over the bay from an incredible front row seat.

South Padre

The location was excellent. Walking to all the fun bar, restaurants and music! The condo space was super big, as expected. But it needed to be cleaner! We understand Florida stuff but didn’t care to see a couple cockroaches in cupboards. Two of the 3 balconies were out of order! Unsafe sharp material hung inside the living room from balcony that couldn’t be used. This building needs updated and because of its location and great living space it would be a great place to return to.

As described

It was as described. Bonus they were smart enough to leave a surge protector with extra plugs, they layout was good for privacy for a group. As each bedroom was on the opposite end of each other.

Everything near by marlin arms

It was awesome and relaxing. The bars were walking distance, and fun events like mini golf, go-karts, kiddo karts,etc.

Our stay

Located centrally to all activities. Property could be great but has been neglected, needs tlc and a deep clean between patrons. Eric was very responsive to requests, thank you! Pier needs to be repaired. Okay stay, not upset but not impressed.

Very nice condo for the price

This is a 2 bedroom 3 full bath condo. It was very clean and we had zero issues with noisy neighbors. The only issue was 2 out of the three showers he cold water only. This was ok for this stay, since it was only myself and husband, had we brought the kids it would have been an issue. The pool was open and available and was clean. Again no loud parties or issues there. We will be back again.

Very Disappointed

Firstly, after booking I was unable to stay in the unit on the dates selected due to work; however, even after purchasing trip insurance policy, this was not covered so I could not change the dates. Second, the owner of this condo did not maintain it, and there were filthy conditions (entryway smelled horribly of urine) for the building and also safety issues, as all 3 balcony sliding doors did not have working locks (broom handles - really??) the pool was cloudy and smelled so we couldn't use it when we wanted.
