Amazing time

We had an amazing time and the property was awesome!!!! Condo was big and roomy and had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach. On-site bar and restaurant is good also. Highly recommend!

Great location!

The condo was great! Very clean, great location and views. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pools were easily accessible and not crowded. Parking was never an issue. 10 minutes to Destin for shopping too.

Excellent location! Beautiful Condo!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice, large, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Short walk to the beach, and beautiful view of the gulf. Patio is spacious, and the pools are large. We are already looking at dates to come back. The best condo we have ever rented.

Great location but furniture needs an update

Condo was exactly as pictured. Wonderful view and location. Only disappointment was the furniture and beds. All were old and very squeaky. Management company was very easy to deal with.

Fall Break Get Away

My family truly enjoyed our fall break at the beach! The check in was super easy, all of the information we needed was provided in advance and the condo was just as the pictures and listing described. The sofa in this has definitely seen better days, but that is the only thing I found lacking. The kitchen and laundry here were great and well equipped. Wish they had a Keurig, but I still enjoyed my brewed coffee on the amazing balcony. We would certainly stay here again!

We are happy to know that check-in was super easy with needed information being provided in advance, this three-bed/three-bath unit met your expectations, the kitchen is well stocked, washer & dryer are great, and you would certainly stay here again. This condo went though an extensive full remodel in 2019, so the couch is only a few years old. We will share your comments though with the owner. This unit now has a Keurig for all future guests to enjoy. We appreciate the suggestion. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

New favorite place!!!

The pictures do not to this condo justice! We have been coming for years to stay in the same building and this is by far our new favorite condo! Our family( ages 2 & 6) were very comfortable and enjoyed the open space and view. The only( and super minor) thing I wish it had was more beach gear to use. We did leave our umbrella and beach toys in hopes someone else could use them since we were flying back( beach chairs were provided but an umbrella is necessary for Destins sun) We are already planning our next visit! Thank you!

Home away from home Unit 1601

The process of renting was very easy and the same with checking in and out. The only issue we had was the water kept cutting off whenever we went to shower. Other than the one problem, the unit is lovely and in the perfect spot for a lovely vacation! Would definitely stay again!

Family Fun

This condo was perfect for 7 adults and a 2 year old. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Very nice, had everything we needed and was close enough to all the things we wanted to do. The views are wonderful and our little guy enjoyed the zero entry pool.

Perfect

Condo was perfect for vacation. With Covid the residents were vocal about in the lobby in the building crowding in the elevators and people not wearing mask, borderline rude and parking was sparse, sometimes nonexistent, but the condo itself was perfect!

Awesome! Ariel Dunes 1601

I love the no fuss check I'm process! We did not have parking passes when we arrived but after getting someone on the phone, they were brought right over! The unit is beautifully decorated and up to date! We were never able to get the TV to work in the twin bedroom but we had other options.
