Thank you for your review. So sorry that had happened to you. We wished you would have informed us when you arrived so that we could have seen and taken care of the issue immediately for you. I have informed the cleaners and personally went there and rewashed everything. We make sure we leave a container full of dish pods, not just a few, so that guests always have full access to wash the dishes properly. Also, sorry we could not accommodate a late check out due to guests checking in that same day or be able to accommodate storage of your luggage after your check out time. Unfortunately there is no on site storage in this community.

Unfortunately, because it is a corner unit and the closest and easiest to the pool and the beach access there is more walking traffic by one side of the unit, but the HOA has recently updated the landscaping in the community including between the unit and the sidewalk as a buffer.

We do leave the beach toys and other items at the condo, but unfortunately as they break, etc. we do have to throw them. In our advertising it does state that unfortunately we do not include beach towels, but if you are unable to pack them we absolutely can accommodate guests, we just need to know before your arrival. There were some blankets store in the room with the 2 queen beds in the closet, so sorry you did not see them. Please in the future contact us and I will absolutely do my best to accommodate all your needs. We want our guests to have the greatest, relaxing vacation.

Thank you for your review regarding your stay during Spring Break. We are very glad you were happy with the location and cleanliness of the unit. Unfortunately, your review was not accurate in so many ways. Yes, there are spare pillows in the queen bedroom closet. There are no spare blankets due to still following cdc covid suggestions for vacation rentals. If you would have reached out to us during your stay we absolutely would have explained and accommodated you as best as we could. As far as no beach towels, it does state that in your check in instructions. The reason a claim was filed was due to not following check out procedures by not emptying any of the trash cans and leaving trash (including many beer bottles) through out the unit including bureau drawers. When you departed you had also left 2 unopened beer bottles and 2 unopened seltzers in the refrigerator, which is fine, just don't understand why you are stating you never bought those items. When filing the claim we did send pictures time stamped and dated that morning. We are the first to arrive before cleaners and we absolutely saw everything including the missing wristband. We had phone conversation and you had stated 4 adults and 1 child, so that is why 5 wristband's were provided and we do also have a picture timestamped and dated of what is exactly left on the kitchen counter before a guest arrives. Those images were also sent along with the claim. During numerous messages through VRBO you had stated 2 adults 1 child, then 4 adults 2 children, then 7 guests total??? We strive to make everyone's stay the best it can be and we would have loved for you to contact us directly during your stay so that we had the opportunity to address your concerns.
