An unusually large and sociable space in Coronado. Our two side-by-side houses comprise almost 6,000 square feet and share a playful backyard, perfect for entertaining or letting the kids run around. Create a fabulous family reunion - perfect for multiple generations or several families to share.
New construction with modern amenities. 4 Master bedrooms en suite + 4 additional bedrooms. Newly added, EV charging capacity (42 amps each) under both houses! You pay nothing for electricity! The houses have high ceilings and spacious rooms compared to most older properties you see listed in Coronado.
The houses share a patio, gas fire table and large Weber barbeque and comfortable seating all under bistro lighting. The houses enjoy full Sonos speakers sound so you can stream your favorite music while entertaining indoors and out.
We are walking distance to beach and the waterfront with dramatic view of the San Diego skyline, Ferry Landing restaurants and shops. Excellent supermarket less than 3 blocks from the compound. We also have available multiple bicycles from toddler to adults and a 6 person golf cart for an additional charge.

Few places in Coronado are affordable that handle a large group in such comfort and space. Unlike many Coronado properties these were designed from the ground up with roominess in mind.
This is our primary residence, so you'll enjoy more amenities than a rental property would be able to offer. We open up our home only once every summer so we view you more as new friends than just one in a line-up of renters rotating thru.

From one house's contemporary touches such as the marble waterfall kitchen counter and the stand-alone Master bathtub, to the stone-lined walls with raised wood-burning fireplace and rockin' stereo nook in the great room of the other, you will have a blast bipping between these homes. Gourmet cooks will truly enjoy clucking in the kitchens! For music aficionados we have Sonos wireless speakers just about everywhere in the compound including outside on both patios. So bring your vacation playlists and enjoy the sounds of summer!
