This trip was a disaster. Inaccurate description of the property. Turned away at the door because someone else was staying there. Double booked and left out in the cold so had to stay at a hotel. Never again! Need my refund!

Hello Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected double-booking caused by a synchronization issue following a change on the VRBO platform. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we immediately offered to relocate you to a larger upgraded property at no additional cost so that your stay could continue comfortably. We completely respect that you preferred to cancel the reservation instead, and we promptly worked with VRBO customer service to process your refund. Although unexpected technical issues can occasionally occur, our guests can always count on us to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and provide the best available solution. Guest satisfaction remains our highest priority, and we are committed to ensuring every guest feels supported and well taken care of throughout their stay. We are sorry that we did not have the opportunity to host you and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Property was exactly as pictured. We had an issue with the clothes washer but it was replaced with a new one the next day. Great accommodations close to Assiniboine Park and Zoo.

Sister visit

The property is comfortable. The stairs are quite steep, so a little challenging for seniors. One bathroom for 7 required scheduling. A couple of extra fold up chairs would have been useful. Especially since there were only 4 kitchen chairs. The backyard is lovely. All appliances worked very well & the unit was clean. Our host was awesome. He had to send a technician to get the TV working & he arrived exactly when he said he would.
