The best thing about this place is the location. It's close to the beach and we loved the dock. Other than that, there were several issues with the property.
-We got to the place after traveling for 8 hours and there was no toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, or dish soap. When I texted the property manager I was told that I had to buy my own (which I've never seen in any VRBO I have stayed at). I was told that it was listed in the multiple page contract I signed (who reads that word for word?). They should've put that in the actual listing.
-In the kitchen, the knives were all chipped and unsafe to use
-My brother (who's quite slender) sat outside on a chair and fell through hurting himself and cut himself
-We were told we had to put the dishwasher on before leaving, however the start button is hidden under the cabinet and not able to be actually pressed
-The water pressure was non-existent
-Despite having multiple bathrooms, you couldn't take more than one shower at a time (2 of us were showering when the water stopped mid shampoo in hair)
-Took out a "clean" spoon that was covered in butter
-The entire place was incredibly outdated which is sad considering how much I paid for the place.
-Out of the 6 burners on the grill, only 1 worked and the grill was covered in sharp shards which, again, is unsafe to use
-The shower curtain was moldy
-Upstairs bathroom fan doesn't work
**I would not stay here again considering all the other options in the area
