I replied to the email offering the "late checkout", and never received confirmation. Instead of the 9 am checkout, we were looking forward to a few extra hours of relaxation on the beach. At approximately 10:30 am, we returned to our unit to find the entry code was no longer valid. I attempted numerous times to contact management, when my phone dies. We were then forced to borrow a gentleman's charger long enough to finally make contact with management, who then informed me that the return email opting for the noon checkout had been "lost". She was however able to remotely grant access, and we were allowed time to shower, pack, and depart at no charge. Other than this "lost" email, I would definitely consider return business.
