The water is always warm. You can go paddle boarding, sailing, jet skiing, and fishing. At low tide, stroll out on the sandbar to go shelling or dig up bucket loads of clams right in front of the house. The property offers expansive views from Jessup’s neck to Long Beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Boats and other watercraft can be rented from the neighborhood marina. Read and relax on the beachfront patio or dine on the deck facing the bay.

The eat-in kitchen has Formica counter tops and a ceramic tile floor and is fully stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, blender & coffee maker. There is a built-in microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric range/oven and dishwasher.

There is one indoor newly renovated bathroom. There is also a nice and spacious outside shower. There are three bedrooms, each with their own brand new air conditioner, and all three bedrooms have flat screen Smart TVs, as well as the Living Room. You'll have free access to Optimum's highest speed WI-FI (1GB). All linens and bedspreads are provided. The washer and dryer are located outside near the outdoor shower and garage.

The living room has two sofas and furniture with a nice size dining table that will accommodate 6. The views from the dining area are spectacular. There’s parking for two cars in the driveway, one behind the other, and you can also park another car along the front of the property. Great Italian, Seafood, and Steakhouse Restaurants, a marina, liquor store, grocery, deli, salon and famous Trout Pond are less than a 3 minute drive or a leisurely 10 minute walk. The town of Sag Harbor village is 5-10 minutes away. Bridgehampton and the Long Island Railroad are 15 minutes.
