The stay was great! The condo was very clean & the beach chairs & umbrella were a nice bonus! My only complaint was the check in. We arrived Sunday morning & realized the front desk was closed. Until I made contact with the host, I had no idea how to check in. I didn’t realize the entry was a key code & they definitely make sure you don’t check in until 4:00pm. Also, you have to register online & pay 15 per person for a wristband - this info should have been provided at booking.

The property is located in a central location with everything you need nearby. The views from the patio/deck are beautiful. However, the condo is in need of some TLC and a "refresh". The instructions regarding beach services aren't provided (there are only 2 chairs and 1 umbrella included, you pay for any additionalitems) and the other details (location of HOA office, how to download the app) are outdated. Again, some simple updating would make the stay more enjoyable. Overall happy with our stay.

Fantastic stay.

Condo just as described. Had a great stay! Clean rooms. My only complaint was the sofa was very uncomfortable ! But overall I would definitely recommend staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good experience. The check in process was easy. The unit was clean and in order. All of the amenities were functioning and available. The chair service was great. We had an issue with our door sticking but it was relayed to maintenance. You can hear the traffic on Hwy 98 in each bedroom which can be disturbing at times, especially early in the morning. But the location is great and plenty to walk to from the condo.

Overall pretty decent stay

Didn’t find out about the extra charges for wristbands till I got there to check in. The living space appears to be much larger in pictures provided online due to all the mirrors. But overall good stay. Great location!

Fun!

It was wonderful staying steps from the beach! The towels were so new they left fuzz on our newly bronzed skin and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the checkout, some communication instructed us to leave the sheets in place while others wanted us to place them in the washer.

Sterling beach

The view is spectacular, the condo is bright and clean and the beach is beautiful. This location is close to so many wonderful places, including the Back Porch and Harbor Walk. Every morning I enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. A minor issue is the couch and 2nd bedroom bed which sag a lot. But for us we would return here.

Nice short stay…

My sister and a friend joined me. The location was nice because we were close to everything- especially The Back Porch. Positives about the property: location, cleanliness, view! Negative, lack of extra bed linens (no sheets for pullout) , temperature of pool was ridiculously warm, lots of rules with constant reminders… we were paranoid about doing something wrong.

Thanks for the response. The sofa set ( sheets blanket and pillow ) are always in the master closet. Unfortunately or fortunately many condos have rules to follow so that all guests can have a safe enjoyable vacation. We look forward to hosting you again.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great and relaxing time during our stay. The view is amazing, the outdoor pool was warm. The condo has everything we needed. The only thing is that we did not know we would have to pay for parking. We were just told to check in to pick up our parking pass. So that was a little shock. Other than that we had a great time.

Great spot

We loved everything about the location! Right on the beach! Master bed was great the bottom bunk was super noisy which was difficult with little kids but not a big issue. The only suggestion is to put a lock from the inside of the unit so little kids can’t run out. We had to put a door in front of the door while sleeping because there was no lock. Other than that we loved everything about it.

Great vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Very clean and fully stocked with kitchen utensils and pots/pans for cooking. There is a Keurig, which was not listed in the description. And also a regular coffee maker. There is a washer/dryer in the condo, also not listed in the description. Plenty of bath towels stocked for use. Couch has several stains on it and should be replaced. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Balcony view of the ocean is phenomenal! Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely book here again.

Just perfect

We are so grateful that we got to experience the calm relaxation of staying in this lovely unit, right on the Gulf. It was so amazing each day to look at that view. The property is well maintained, clean, and secure and as for the unit? It was better than expected- it was impeccably clean and so comfortable for our family. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was cleaner. Everything was fresh and clean and the towels were fluffy and perfect! Note to future guests at the property: if your reserved chairs aren’t out at the beach during the appropriate hours, just ask the workers on-site and they will make sure it is taken care of. A perfect, relaxing, quiet stay.

Beautiful beach. Love heated pool. Condo could use a touch up painting . Needs a Deep clean. Couch had stains . Needs cleaned or replaced. Mattress in second room not comfortable, very squeaky . Condo does have a Keurig coffee maker. When asked , told no. Kitchen utensils / dishes low supply. Love the washer / dryer. Beautiful view! Appreciated the chairs and umbrella was included with rental.

Ocean view vs Road Noise

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, thoroughly cleaned and well equipped condo. If u r bothered with road noise, then this is not a great place to stay as both the bedrooms receive heavy road noise early morning till late night. Beautiful and uninterrupted views of the beach and convenient to major restaurants and hangouts. Overall a decent place to stay unless you are not bothered by traffic noise when you are sleeping.

Nice beach front condo

Overall very good stay. A lot of my critiques are of the property as a whole which the host/owner cannot control. Loved being right on the beach. The included beach service was awesome. The bedrooms are at the front of the condo, so the lights from outside shine right in. Make sure to bring eye masks if you are like me and have a hard time staying asleep if it’s light out. Condo has a mildew like smell however that may be a common issue for properties so close to water. Make sure to wash and dry your laundry the night before. The dryer takes a few cycles to dry everything completely. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice appliances

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental had a beautiful view to the beach, and very nice kitchen, However one of the restrooms had an issue with the toilet and it overflowed, and the tub in the same restroom would fill up during showers. The end room was very small and uncomfortable. The floors were very dirty all through the condo. 😕

We did come out to unclog the toilet and noticed several childs toys and paper towels in the bathroom, these were the issue, but we resolved in a timely manner.
