This location is great! Close to the beach with easy access. We had a couple of small issues but communication was easy and everything was taken care of. I would say if you’re considering whether or not to get the golf cart get it. It was very useful to shuttle beach items back and forth. I would also suggest some better pictures of the property because it was much larger and nicer than what we expected! Overall a lovely stay.

Great Family Beach House!

Perfect Home for Our Family Vacation

The house was the perfect size and layout for 3 families plus grandma. We really loved the screened in porch and spent almost every evening out there. The back porch was also very nice for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen was very well stocked making it very easy to stay in and prepare our own meals several evenings. There is an attached shed that had all types of chairs, toys, umbrellas etc that helped us enjoy our time at the beach. The location of the home is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach and Seaside. The property management company was very responsive and was very quick to address the couple small concerns we had during our stay. The only thing that would have made us enjoy our stay more would have been softer mattresses in a couple of the rooms. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit 30A. Thank you!

Perfect Stay-Spring Break 2022

This house was perfect! It is cozy, beautiful decorated, conveniently located (short bike or golf cart ride to Seaside), and a great size for a large group. The carriage house was an extra bonus for us. We really had no complaints and would recommend this house to anyone. We were sad to leave! It was a great Spring Break 😊

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful vacay with kids and grands with plenty of space for all! Beach was within walking distance but also enjoyed the golf cart. Neighborhood was quiet and well situated. We had fun making s’mores in the fire pit. The only negative about the property was a musty smell in the carriage house; otherwise, perfection!!

GREAT!

Awesome accommodations for a couples trip or multiple families. We had a group of 12 and we were more than comfortable. House is located in a cutesy neighborhood right off 30A in Seagrove with a private beach access a short golfcart drive from the house. When we arrived there was no hot water in the master bath but a maintenance crew was quick to come out and fix it. Fully stocked kitchen and great amenities throughout the whole house. We had a blast and will definitely be back !

I timed my walk from house to beach access stairs 7 minutes. The house would be perfect for young parents with younger kids. There are plenty of rooms but not all rooms and beds fit well for parents or big kids. Figure your bedding strategy before you go. It’s clean and very quiet.

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood.

The home is beautiful. Great kitchen with a wolf gas stove and a sub zero refrigerator. There is a very nice screened front porch and a great back porch with a grill and dining table. Plenty of room for a large group. There are bedrooms downstairs but only a half bath, so you do not have a shower downstairs. If you have someone in your group that cannot do stairs then you would have a problem. The home is very close to Seaside and Watercolor. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Fun

This house exceeded our expectations. We had 10 adults and 7 kids and it felt like plenty of room. The neighborhood sits back off 30A which can feel really busy at times. It was quiet and calm and felt like an oasis. TONS of shade. Plenty of room for the kids to play around outside without fear of the street/ traffic. The house itself was so well constructed and designed. Top of the line kitchen and well stocked. We cooked in every night and had everything we needed. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and the pools were not crowded even on a holiday weekend. Host was responsive on numerous occasions and was pleased to rent from them. What a gem! We cant wait to come back.

When we got there on Thursday, both trash cans were almost full from I guess the previous people, so on Saturday we called 3 times to get someone to come take care of the trash snd no one ever came. So we had trash everywhere when we left. But other then that everything was great!

Great property

Loved the property. Beautiful house. Had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Only negatives had to do with the golf cart being an extra charge. (The photo gives one the impression that it comes with the property). Also, property was not ready at the designated check-in time of 5:00. We were waiting out front for about 30 minutes past check in time waiting for it to be available. That should not happen when you are paying as much as we did to rent it. I wonder if they would be that understanding if we wanted to check out late?
