Our goal is always to provide accurate and transparent information so guests know what to expect before arrival. Our Vrbo listing includes detailed photos and a description of the unit layout, including the queen-size bed, full-size sleeper futon, and its location on the first floor near the pool. Clearwater Beach is especially popular during the Spring Break season, and while many guests enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, we understand that it may not be ideal for everyone. We do have an overnight security guard on site to address any excessive noise concerns, and we always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay so we can assist with any concerns. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future during our slower season for a more relaxing experience.

We do not have set times the office closes for lunch or dinner breaks as this varies day to day. As much as we would love to have set times, our staff takes their 30 minute break based around our arrivals and departures for that day. Over time we have discovered this to be the best option. Our front desk cannot always close the office at a set time due to assisting guests. We are a smaller condo/hotel and do occasionally have to close the office so our staff can take a break. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
