This magnificent penthouse condo offers 1,200 square feet of accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, within walking distance to all of downtown Gatlinburg's best restaurants and attractions.

From the moment you enter this 2-bedroom, two bathroom luxury penthouse condo, you'll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas and a gas fireplace in the living room. Beautiful dining table with seating for 6 plus 3 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen with waterfall countertops, a private balcony off the master bedroom, as well as another balcony off the living room with a table for 4 (perfect for morning coffee, meals, or an evening wine down).

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Featuring Quartz countertops, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it's perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

This single-level vacation rental boasts one king bedroom with its en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring teak floor and a jacuzzi tub with soaking salts. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds and an adjacent full bathroom, with a pocket door so multiple people can get ready at the same time.

Sit out on your own private balcony and relax in the crisp mountain air before you start your day. Each balcony is equipped with comfortable seating to enjoy the mountain views and the Ober Mountain tram making its way up and down the mountain.

This rental comes with two parking passes.

Do your laundry using the "in unit" washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. A starter set of wash pods Nd dryer sheets are supplied.

This is located on the TOP floor so you can use the elevator for your convenience or stairs for exercise.

The unit has an exterior security camera. Tampering with the security camera, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance, as we do not refund for weather, power outages, etc. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. Over-Occupancy will get you immediately evicted with No Refund!

Sorry, we do NOT allow pets.

NO SMOKING or VAPING... Not in the unit or on the balconies. 25ft from the building, and disposed of properly.

There is LEVEL Parking in the parking lot for your vehicle.

Bears/Wildlife are in the area so please keep all doors and windows closed and locked, including your vehicles. No food left outside and/or unattended, including in your vehicles. We are not responsible for any theft or damage.

NO feeding, baiting, trapping, enticing, or attempting to touch the Bears. Any reports of any of the above will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund, authorities will be notified, and you will be removed from the property.
