Very very cute , cozy place

Pool and beach was awesome, close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking on premises would of been nice and convenient. Beach chairs loved them , will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

My husband and I rented this Cabana as a rest and relaxation trip from our busy lives. The view and cabana was exactly what we needed and expected. We had a few small issues and Peter quickly took care of them for us. The property was quaint and situated right on the ocean front. We had beautiful views and could walk right down to the beach daily. The location is in close proximity to many restaurants and shops. We found the local food choices amazing. While the COVID stipulations in PR hindered what we could do during our stay, the location and property did not disappoint at all. We would absolutely recommend this Cabana to anyone looking for a beach getaway in PR. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the island.

The horror chamber

This place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty. Small it was literally like being in a cement box. Very small. No windows. You could only look outside if you open the door and even then. You only see the stairs. Not worth it. It will only give you a headacke.

Unfortunately Mariana, you rented a studio apartment for 4 people, and as you said when you called upon arrival, you needed two bedrooms, and told us that you hadn't looked at the pictures or read the description. The apartment has very clear pictures and a very clear description. In addition, it has been reviewed very well by many guests over the last 2+ years. The apartment is clean and sanitized. We have received good reviews on cleanliness in the past as well. There are windows, in fact the whole wall in the bedroom, and the kitchen and bathroom. All of these are quite obvious in the pictures. All that said, it's very disappointing when we do our best to make our guests happy, then find that a guest, you, have vacated the apartment on the second day with no phone call or notice in advance. Even with all of that, and your very unfair review below, we have refunded you 100%.

Fun little spot

The condo is nice and clean. The management were great about early check in and out. They are also very responsive. It is a great little spot!

An amazing stay!

Peter was amazing to say the least! We were there during the earthquake and no electricity. We were put up in a beautiful boutique hotel in old san juan until the electric came back on at the beach cottage. We cant thank him enough for making sure we had a great vacation. Their properties are beautiful and we will be returning. Thank you!
