Great View and location

Great condo, very roomy! Amazing views! Very nice and comfy Queen bed in the additional room, comfortable king bed in the other room. Only thing was that the elevators took forever, master bed was hard and the master toilet kept stopping up. Overall was a great stay! We enjoyed it very much!!

Excellent condo with plenty of room,few minor issues like dishwasher not attached to opening,tv remotes not working properly batteries probably dead but not a big deal. Elevator could've been better but not a big deal. Would definitely and probably book again.

Great location, easy assess in and out to front beach road, safe parking

Website for unit 801 Sterling Reef is not up to date. Rented based on website and once there the sleeping arrangements NOT as advertised and presented a HUGE inconvenience!!! Would NOT have rented if unit was at it actually is not as website!👎🏼

Great Location

We loved the location of this condo in that there aren't other big condos to the left or right making the beach not so crowded. The unit was beautiful. The only negative thing was that the king size bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard and not very comfortable.

Overall Okay

Good location, good communication for checking in and out, carpets were dirty and need to be cleaned thoroughly, outdated and not so clean furniture, only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels are included which is not ideal.

Bare minimum room, outdated appliances

Room was bare minimum required. You don't need much of a room while at the beach, however, it could've been much cleaner, the blender was from the 70s and barely worked, the dryer did not work, the fridge was leaking water all over our food until we found out it was the filter. We are minimalist vacationers and it still felt absolute bare minimum. Resort was able to find quick solutions to help the situation while we were there, but not fix it for the next family.

Wonderful View!!

The condo is a corner unit and had wonderful views from the living areas and the balcony. Bathrooms are huge. The entry closet was FULL of beach supplies. Thank you for that! We did have a few maintenance issues that were fixed quite quickly. The unit was quiet even though the facility seemed busy. There are a few things that could be updated/replaced to make the unit top notch. (Example: carpet replacement, furniture )

Panama City Beach Trip

The view was magnificent; the condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and very roomy. Even though our stay was a brief one (only three nights) it exceeded our expectations. The pools were wonderful, too. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Even more beautiful than I was told

This unit was so beautiful and also so spacious. This was some what a last minute reservation because family came in to visit. I called vacasa and they were able to accommodate me in the very same condominiums we had previously reserved for ourselves. My families eyes said it all when they walked into this unit. As always I was so Satisfied with my stay at sterling reef And very satisfied with vacasa for their help in making my reservation needs so easy and fast.

Great getaway

We had a great time at this place. The rooms were nice and clean. The view was fabulous. The kids loved the pool and beach. We utilized the umbrella service and enjoyed having our area set up for us each day. Overall, a great stay. I would recommend this room/place again.
