「The VIEW」と呼ばれる理由は、大きなラップアラウンドデッキを見渡す大きな窓から家のすべての部屋から湖を眺めることです。 fireの池に囲まれたファイヤーピットのある天然の岩のパティオは、湖からの月の反射を星空を見下ろす静かな場所です。 スイムデッキ、カヤック、パドルボード、ポンツーンボートを備えたボートドックまで徒歩2分の手すりを備えた切石の石段による簡単な湖へのアクセス。 注：ドックとその設備へのアクセスは、ビーバーレイクコテージの隣に滞在する他のゲストと共有されます。 4つのベッドルームと3つのバスを備えたこの3,200平方フィートの家は、15人まで快適に眠ることができます。 それは、所有者の大家族が年に数回一緒に貴重な時間を過ごすための湖の家の隠れ家として最初から建てられました。

Excellent stay!

This was our third visit to his beautiful home and absolutely loved it again! Kevin is always very accommodating and responsive. The house is always clean and well stocked with everything you need.

Beautiful view on deck. Very clean, and hosts were awesome. We had 11 ladies and everyone had a nice place to sleep.

Perfect retreat

The view, the land, and the home were more beautiful than the photos on the site could capture. Our group enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and proximity to the water. We would love to return and highly recommend it.

Great property

Great property, very clean and open, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kevin was very welcoming, responsive whenever we needed anything. Couches and beds were comfortable. Wonderful place for a vacation right on the water. Thanks for everything :)

Great Location with Awesome Views

Very roomy and comfortable home. Loved watching the birds and squirrels at the feeder every morning. The water toys and the convenience of renting the pontoon boat at the private dock were a plus for us. Getting down to the dock is a bit of a hike but worth it!

Gorgeous view

This property is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed. The house is clean, the bedrooms were a good size, and the beds were comfortable. We were able to bring a pontoon and a ski boat and park it at the dock. Very convenient! Kevin always responded to my questions and is very helpful.

Friend reunion

We’re live from all around the country but our roots are in Arkansas. Perfect spot for togetherness in the best beauty that Northern Arkansas has to offer. Plus, the house is perfectly set up for multiple guests and the layout directs the eye to all the natural beauty around. The boat house with use of kayaks and canoe, the fire pit on the rock outcropping with comfy chairs and a frog symphony raised the bar even more. Thank you, Kevin and Kathy.

The View

We had a wonderful time! The view from this house is spectacular. The house is great and very well stocked with almost anything you would need for your stay. The walk to the dock was a little difficult for us late 50 early 60 year olds but we all made it at least once a day. Kevin is a great host and quickly addressed any of our concerns. If given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again. Enjoy your stay!

Coming Back

We had a wonderful time, all three generations of us! The view was top rate, the swimming was excellent ~ very nice dock on deep water you can jump into, clear Beaver Lake water, paddle boards, kayaks, floats .... lots of fun at a beautiful spot of Beaver Lake. The house was beautiful and very well set up. Views from every room, you feel like you are in the treetops on a piece of property all to yourself! Beautiful outdoor fire ring on a natural rock ledge/patio with a little spring fed rock stream. Kevin, the host, was excellent! Available, helpful, informative, and friendly. We will be coming back!

Amazing View

Very nice property, as advertised. We loved the view and the deck. The birds & bird feeders were quite entertaining. The open space main floor was perfect for our family gathering of three generations. Yes, the stairs to the lakefront are a definite challenge for older adults. I gave communication a lesser rating because of some glitch in the interface between vrbo and apple products. This is not a reflection on the owner but something to be aware of. Ask about massages. The owner arranged for a massage therapist to visit us at the house. Heaven!

Get away with friends

This homes view is one of the best you will find on beaver lake. There is plenty of room for multiple families. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and it has two charcoal pits. Two things that really could improve the stay is the windows really need cleaning as this will improve the view of the lake and the other may not be so easy and that is the water pressure is horrible. Taking a shower is more of a challenge than a pleasure. Over all the home is in pretty good shape. It obviously rents very well and there is little down time for repairs but it could use a little attention in areas.

Something for Everyone!

This vacation was MORE than we anticipated. The view alone you could sit and read on the deck or down by the beautiful firepit for hours. The dock access to kayaks and paddleboards provided days of entertainment and the little ones had a blast throwing pebbles into the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped for our family. We had a cook-off competition and every utensil possibly needed was available for this high-stakes contest. The house has endless provisions of games, more than enough seating, extra towels, bedding supplies, games, and even additional discoveries around every corner. Our nearly 2 year old LOVED the little wooden toddler cart and pulled it up and down the deck all day long! Lifetime memories were made and we will definitely be back again!

Wonderful Week at 'The View'

With family to the north and to the south, this was a perfect 'in between' location to gather and we are so thankful we picked 'The View'! Absolutely the perfect house for us - a family with 7 adults, 2 children and 1 infant, although it could accommodate more. Everyone had comfortable sleeping quarters, the main living area was open and made it easy to gather together. We made the most of our visit and enjoyed home cooked meals every day from the well equipped kitchen and ate together around the large dining table (there is a grocery store about 30 minutes away that I found to be very well stocked named Sun Fest). And if there is anything you need, just ask Kevin, he is super helpful and responsive! It was fun to watch various critters visit us, hummingbirds, various other birds, squirrels and a raccoon! The walk down to the swimming deck provided me with a very good workout, which I happen to appreciate :) And the water, it is so beautiful and because the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing every day - it was the best! Really, there are so many details that made staying at 'The View' enjoyable, it is difficult to recount them all. Mostly, I'm going to miss sitting on the porch first thing in the morning watching the sun rise over the water with a cup of coffee. Thank you Kevin for a most lovely and memorable stay!!!

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect spot for a family getaway and wedding reception. My son was married at Thorncrown. We had the reception at this beautiful location and then stuck around for a few days of family R&R.. would return in a heartbeat! Perfect hosts and a beautiful view!

Lakeside Peace

Our family of 13 had an amazing time at “the view”. More than enough room for us to hang out, play games, take naps or just enjoy the views. The dock was by far our favorite place. Swimming, kayaking and a pontoon rental for the day gave all of us the get away we looking for. We will be back!!!

Perfect gathering house

We had a wonderful stay at The VIew. The house was clean, spacious and fun. The view was spectacular. Days on the boat, nights grilling and sitting at the fire pit- a true family perfect stay.

Another great stay!

This was our second trip to this home and definitely will be back for a third! The check in process couldn’t be easier and the house is stocked with everything we need and then some. Beautiful private location within a short 20 minute drive to the historic downtown. Private dock with kayaks and paddle boards. Highly recommend!

Having honeymooned in Eureka Springs some 30+ years ago, I always thought it would be fun to own some type of resort. After spending 30 years in the corporate world and my wife 30 years in education, we made that dream come true. We sold everything and moved not just to Eureka, but to the shores of beautiful Beaver Lake 20 minutes away. We purchased Beaver Lake Cottages in it's 25th year of operation. When we had the opportunity to buy the lake house next door from Shirley & Wendell, we jumped on it. We think you'll love it as mush as we do. Last year, my son, his wife and their 5 year old moved here as well to help run things. So it's a family business, but really more like a working retirement. Fun work!

The VIEW! as we named it, was never built to live in, although one could. Rather it was designed as a vacation lake house, perfect for accommodating large families. No formal dining room & living room. Just an open format with lots of large windows and a wrap around deck.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property has a natural rock outcrop that overlooks the lake. Running water over the years has etched channels & crevices that are now koi ponds, complete with small waterfalls, water lilies and a symphony of frogs singing to potential mates after sunset. We use the setting for casual conversation around a fire pit, while admiring the stars and the moon reflecting off the water's surface. There are also cut stone steps with handrails for an easy, 2 minute walk to the boat dock with swim deck, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles and pontoon boat.
