Great Flat, close to everything

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Sevilla. The flat perfects and Inma gave us great tips to bypass the lines at many of the historical sites.

Exceptional location in a charming part of Seville

We stayed for five weeks in this clean, quiet and exceptionally located apartment. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is adequately equipped for preparing simple meals. The exterior courtyard is spectacular and bright, though the apartment itself (like all ground-floor apartments in the narrow streets of this part of Seville) is somewhat dark. The apartment block is a former glove factory and a designated historic site, which gives it lots of character but it also means that the doors to enter the building are extremely heavy--I don't know how an elderly person would cope with them (though there is a back door which is somewhat easier to open). The neighbourhood is on the border between historic Santa Cruz and San Bernardo, and there are lots of great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The 'street' outside the building is really just a narrow pedestrianized walkway, so no traffic noise. We did unfortunately encounter the same surprise that some others have described in their reviews: the VRBO site is a composite of several different apartments, and we didn't get the apartment we were expecting. We understood that we had booked a first-floor two-bedroom, but when we arrived we had a ground-floor one-bedroom, with the bedroom up in a loft and the bathroom on the lower floor. Inma, who is a very warm and friendly host, was understanding and apologetic when we drew this to her attention but unfortunately it wasn't possible to switch; instead she offered us complimentary weekly cleaning in recompense. We would advise you to ask for photos of the specific apartment you are renting, to avoid surprises.

Appartement tres bien situé et fonctionnel

Super séjour à Séville qui est une ville qui mérite le détour. L'appartement, dans le quartier de Juderia, est très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied sans prendre de transport en commun. L'environnement est très calme, tout en étant proche des quartiers animés. L'appartement est propre , a tous les équipements nécessaires y compris la climatisation dans le séjour et les chambres que nous avons grandement apprécié avec des températures de 43°c à l'ombre en début de séjour...Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un parking pour la voiture à 100 mètres de la maison. Merci à Inma pour son accueil et tous ses conseils et à Ricardo. A conseiller pour séjour familial

Within walking distance to places of interest

Property manager was very helpful by showing sites on the map and recommending places to visit. Location was convient for walking to Cathedral and Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. Beds could use upgrading.

Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and within easy walking distance to everything in Sevilla. Génial !

Notre séjour à Séville à été fabuleux. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé, dans le centre historique à deux pas de tous les monuments, restaurants, animations... dans une rue typique, très jolie et au calme. Séville nous laisse le souvenir d'une ville magnifique où il fait bon vivre. Merci à Inma pour sa disponibilité, ses conseils précieux et ses bonnes adresses qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Hasta pronto Inma y muchas gracias.

Un emplacement idéal

Ce n'était certes pas l'appartement de la photo (dommage) et comme tous les appartements sur patio il était un peu sombre, mais quand on l'utilise juste pour se reposer, se rafraîchir et dormir, sa situation dans la ville est parfaite pour un séjour sans voiture et même sans transport en commun. Pour tout le reste - aménagement, équipement, couchage, services - tout était parfait. Et puis merci à Inma pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et ses judicieux conseils et aides pour les parkings, les restaurants et les visites. Promis on rappellera si on revient un jour à Séville. We didn't want to leave!

First, please understand that the photos in the ad are of at least two different apartments (Maybe three?). We were in the one that is shown in photos 8 thru 14, and 16-17. I don’t think any of the photos are of the master bedroom we had, but it was about what you would expect. It is a little smaller than it looks, but worked fine for us in every way. The location is great – you can be in the middle of the tourist center in 10-15 minutes walking, and the whole route is lined with shops and restaurants. This apartment overlooks a private courtyard, so there was no noise from the street at all. Inma met us at the apartment, and went over a map of the whole city with us, explaining what to see, when to see it, and how to get there. Her advice is worth the price of the apartment all by itself! We were sad to leave Sevilla, and hope to return someday. We recommend this apartment without hesitation. There were only two of us, but two adults and two children would work fine as well. Four adults would be a little tight. Thanks for your hospitality, Inma!!

All you could want in Seville

This spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated apartment is perfectly located to explore Seville. Inma's excellent English, the map she provided and her thorough "map tour" made it easy to find all the important sights, restaurants, nearby groceries, specialty shops, buses and more. Her suggestions for flamenco, the free walking tour, and the fried fish store were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in, the towels were good and the appliances worked. As avid readers, we appreciated having good reading lights. Inma is a warm, enthusiastic person, a new friend whose apartment we recommend highly.

Great location

The property was very well supplied with everything one could want and was spacious and comfortable. It was off a private courtyard so was also very quiet.The location was right in the historical center, close to restaurants, shops and the cathedral and Alcazar. The hostess had a map and ideas for what to do.

Nice apartment in a terrific location

As a family of 4, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything is clean, and the location is unbeatable: walking distance to everything interesting in Seville. Inma is very friendly and personable; she gave us many excellent suggestions on what to see and do.

Buen ubicacion pero solo un cuarto

Irma y Ricardo son muy simpaticos e el apartamiento es bien equipado. Su ubicacion muy central es muy agradable para descubrir Sevilla caminando. El problema que encontramos es que el anuncio presentaba 2 cuartos y solo teniamos 1, no muy agradable de descubrir eso cuando llegamos sin posibilidades de cambiar. Cuidado, las fotos en el anuncio pertenecen a diferentes apartamientos.

Idéal pour visite quartier historique

Agréable accueil des propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute. Appartement propre et avec tout le nécessaire mais qui manque juste un peu de chauffage (séjour en janvier) et peut-être un peu bruyant (voisinage).

Our apartment is a quiet oasis in the bustling center of Seville. We are surrounded by gardens and patios with plants in a very typical and pedestrian street, so many bars and restaurants within a few 100m from the apartment are not heard. We are a stone's throw from the monumental part of town, leisure and shopping. At Easter, when you finish watching the Processions, in 5 minutes you are at home to rest !!
We live in the same building as the apartment that we offer and we are delighted for the advantages found in this oasis in central Seville !!!
