GREAT LOCATION

Very nice condo would be a great place for (2) couples. Walking distance to Deer Valley resort and a very short drive to Main St. Host was spot on when a question arose, great communication. I would definately rent here again.

Excellent value, location and comfort

Great space, well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The upstairs room with the den / couch bed was perfect for us and our young kids and the downstairs bedroom was great for grandma and grandpa. Check in / parking situation was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

An incredible home. Steps from skiing.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything you could need and was perfect for our family. It was only steps away from ski school and the lifts. We would highly recommend anyone staying here. There was also a couple of great fireplaces to cozy up after a cold day on the mountain.

Great getaway spot

Came to Park City for a wedding over the summer. The location was near the downtown area with easy bus or shuttle transportation. Everything was clean with nice furnishings and a great deck area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Perfect one bdrm condo - great location!

I loved staying here during the Sundance Film Festival. Easy access to skiing, main st, and all the Sundance venues. Plenty of secure parking under the building away from the elements!

Cozy condo, great location!

This condo had a very cozy/homey feel. I especially loved the patio. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location is great. It is a very short walk to Snow Park lodge and also very close to the bus stop. I would definitely stay again.

Great location and very comfortable for four adults.

The condo was great! The temporary (under construction) outdoor stairs to second floor entrance was difficult to maneuver with luggage and snow.

Great Location, Wonderful Accommodations

This was the perfect spot for a father/son ski trip. Bed was so comfortable, condo was clean and well-equipped, and the location to Deer Valley was ideal. Communication with the manager was excellent. We'll be back!

Condo is just down the street from Deer Valley, as short walk to the slopes. Clean unit and great communication from the management company.

Fantastic Fall Overnight in Deer Valley

Perfect property for our overnight stay in Deer Valley. Property exactly as described. Great access to Deer Valley hiking trails. So easy to get to Main Street for dinner out. Never had to get in the car! Susie was so easy to work with. We will definitely return for a ski trip this winter!

My name is Susie Townshend, and in 2013 I founded Mountainside Treasures, a boutique property management company specializing in well-appointed vacation homes in ski towns. As a small company, we take pride in offering attentive, personalized service to both our guests and homeowners. I’m also a ski instructor in Park City, so if you’d like help getting started on the slopes during your stay, just let me know!
Originally from the UK, I moved to the East Coast of the U.S. in 2005. After many wonderful years skiing with my four children at Jay Peak, Vermont, we visited Utah a few times and completely fell in love with it. In 2012, we made the move to Park City and have never looked back.
We truly adore life here in both summer and winter. Utah is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, and I love sharing my family’s passion for the mountains with our guests. Whether you’re looking for recommendations on skiing, biking, hiking, dining, or local hidden gems, we’re always happy to help. We also love hearing our guests’ favorite discoveries and adventures. Even after all these years, we’re still exploring and finding new places to enjoy in this incredible area.

It is just a short walk to the base of Deer Valley for skiing and is an easy, free, Park City shuttle ride to Main Street, Park City Resort or Canyons Village.
