Welcome to our fantastic 2 bed/2 bath Chaparral Condo - Easy Walk to the Deer Valley Base!

Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our guests. Park City Host is implementing cleaning and disinfection procedures that exceed CDC recommendations. Here are the main points. We're happy to answer specific questions or accommodate any specific requests you may have.

– Our condo will be thoroughly cleaned per CDC guidelines with anti-microbial, EPA-registered disinfectants and foggers between each stay. See link here for more detailed information. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/cleaning-disinfection.html
– Any unused paper items will be discarded and replaced with fresh supplies.
– All linens will be washed in hot water with extra detergent and pillows can be replaced with new, if requested.

There are some other features of our condo that allay our concerns and we hope they will for you as well.

– We believe that, for at least the 2020-21 ski season, condo rentals are a better option than hotels, simply because it's way easier to keep your distance from others, and all amenities are self-contained.
– Our kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you need to make (or just heat up) delicious meals. There's no need to dine indoors at a restaurant unless you choose to. Though we do encourage take-out to help support our community.
– Chaparral is close to main street. If you choose to take the free shuttle, the stop is literally out front…and is a very short trip to anywhere you're likely to go.
– The hot tub is located on the ground floor and 100% private. No one but you and your friends/family have access to it.

**CONDO OVERVIEW**
Beautiful mountain decorated ski condo. Located steps from the base of Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Just walk out the door and the resort is right there! After a long day skiing, this is the perfect property at the perfect location. Spacious open plan dining room and kitchen. Stocked with everything you'll need to cook during your stay.

This home has lots of space for a family or friends. The condo sleeps 6.

**LOCATION**
This condo is in the best location in town. Deer Valley Resort is half a mile. No need for a car at this location, walk to the base or catch the bus into town.

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops directly outside the condo. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town for no cost. If you do require transport, our company can provide it. Alternatively, throw the skis on your shoulder and it's a short 1 minute walk to the ski resort.

**AMENITIES**
After a long day skiing use our private hot tub overlooking the ski runs!
