Beautiful home, very spacious both inside and outside on the patios with lots of seating areas. Well equipped kitchen, again with a large seating/dining area as well as a large living room area. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome, the fire pit area relaxing. A fantastic getaway home great for socializing and hanging out with friends or family.

Wonderful Trip

Our host, George, was wonderful, responsive and kind. The property was everything we hoped it would be and it is in a perfect location! We loved the big kitchen and sitting around the fire pit. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the weekend! Thank you, George!

Great spot for a getaway

Friends and I stayed here over a hot weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was exactly what we expected and it was great to take a refreshing dip in the pool. George was very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Spacious getaway!

We would stay here again and recommend to others! The property is massive and felt spacious for our group of 9. Located in a quaint, beautiful neighborhood and was was walking distance to Albertsons with a Starbucks inside. George was incredibly responsive leading up to our stay to ensure all our questions were answered! Thank you, George!

Great House for 50th Anniversary quite celebration

Exceptional house with lots of room for friends get together. From initial contact to check out, George was a pleasure to work with. The house was nice and clean. Everything worked and there were no problems.

Great for 3 generational stay

The photos do not do justice to the spaciousness and furnishings of the house. Even better Pool heater worked very well Excellent outdoor gas firepit and grill Kitchen well provisioned Bed mattresses comfortable The garage with the pool table (a bit too used but quite functional) and ping pong table are great for kids Very quiet cul de sac also great for kids. The owner/manager very reachable.

Spacious, comfortable and clean!

Our host, George, was always prompt in responding from initial contact through to the end of our stay. We are grandparents travelling with our daughter, son in law and grandkids (8, 3 and 1 yo). The house was very spacious, well appointed, clean and everything was in working order. We thoroughly enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor spaces. The home is in a quiet well kept neighborhood with close proximity to groceries, restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Palm Springs!

Perfect Family Spring Break Getaway

We were a group of two families from the Seattle-area that wanted nothing more than hot sunshine and relaxation for spring break and this house and location could not have been any more perfect! The backyard is an absolute dream with the pool, hot tub, and multiple sitting areas for sunning or reading in the shade. We loved taking coffee and breakfast out on the back patio every morning. The backyard is nice and private with very tall hedges. When they weren’t having fun in the pool, the kids loved the game room in the garage, and adults had a blast too! Ping pong, darts, and a pool table provided lots of entertainment. We also loved the large seating area in the living room, our group of 9 could comfortably have a movie night together. The rooms were all perfect and everything was very, very clean. Super close to the grocery store and very convenient to shops and restaurants in Palm Springs, I find it hard to believe you could find a better place to stay! The real gem is George, the property manager, who was so helpful and responsive to any questions. He even helped track down a mis-delivered package and had the postman re-deliver it on the same day! Look no further, this is the place to stay in Palm Springs! We’re already thinking about next year’s trip!

I would definitely agree that the pictures do not do it justice at all! Beautiful quiet cul-de-sac and house. It is so much larger than even the pictures portray. Host was very responsive every time I reached out to him. Very understanding at check out time when our car wouldn't start and we had to call AAA. Had a great family trip and celebration here, it has MORE than enough room for everyone without feeling on top of each other. A few things to note prior to booking- 1.This is in the flight path from the Palm Springs airport, but only really noticed if windows were open during the day.2. Some of the maintenance items like the showers were a little wonky. Toilet seat in the casita wasn't even installed. Water pressure from that shower was really low. Shower that was shared with the three bedrooms was stuck between shower and bath mode and it made. Also- it goes from really cold to really hot so be careful when turning on. Toilet in the main bathroom flush was loose but it still got the job done. 3. There are more than enough towels and blankets and extra pillows for each room. 4. Ice machine on fridge didn't appear to be working, but there was a bag of crushed ice left in the garage freezer so we just used that. 5. There is a nice little office space next to the living room.6. WiFi in certain areas of the house weren't as strong, but not enough to really affect our stay. 7. Because the ceilings are so high and there is hard wood floors, sound does travel!

Better than the photos!

My friends and I had a great stay at George’s place. He was easy to communicate with. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was close to downtown as well as to grocery stores. The house is way more impressive in person than on the listing! Check it out for yourself!
