Paul is a delight to work and converse with and does his best to ensure you have a most pleasant and enlightening stay. His appartments are in a beautifully refurnished historical building with at least 3ft walls as looking at the window resesses will demonstrate. Very quiet location but the two pubs in the town will delight with food menu items as well. Town folk here were quite friendly and helpful.
The location is reccommended for bringing a car with you, but our family did quite well and affordably with bus rides into Inverness or local Taxis from Inverness. All day bus tickets for 3people = 18pds, Taxis from or to Inverness/ Colluden one way for less than 20pds(Avoid calling Narn taxis as they add a surcharge). You can book tours from the Visitor Center in town and we visited John O' Groats, Skye, Loch Ness, Black Isle, Fort George, Castle Cawdor. We would definately reccommed Dolphin Suites for anyone wanting a nice place to relax after a day out touring. The Fish and Chips truck at the Spar on Tuesday was a great treat and a not to miss if you are in the area. Fresh off the boat fish that draws a crowd from the locals.
