very nice home witch accommodated our family very well. Master bedroom and bath on the first floor served our older family members well. Pool was warm and refreshing. Short walk to beach and clubhouse which was excellent

Property was great! Exactly as described ! We enjoyed staying in this lovely home and appreciated the heated pool for our grandsons spring break vacation . He had a wonderful time and the beach is really only a few minutes walk away from the house. Had everything we needed for a fun-filled vacation !! Our two dogs had fun too !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous. The house was beautiful plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was there was a cigarette in the pool. There was also clothes left in the master bedroom in the dresser on the bottom floor.The floor didn’t seem to have been swept or mopped but Other than that, it was a fabulous stay. Our family had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it.

My family and I celebrated Christmas here and it was wonderful.The property was so spacious! Beds were very comfy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and equipped for 10 guest. We loved the pool table and the heated pool. The beach supplies were very nice to have and the beach is only a 5 min walk from the house! Only critique would be the floors needed a deep clean very dusty and dirty. Other than that everything was perfect and I would stay here again!

Nice clean house in a great location

This house is clean and in a good location. Outside patio with pool overlooking the lake was great for the kids and parents watching the kids. Easy walk to the beach. Would recommend for big family with kids.

Family Vacation

House was perfect for our entire family and the pool was an amazing way to unwind after a day on the beach. The walk to the beach is not far at all and they provided lots of beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to transport what we needed. We hope to return again next year.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

My family and 2 friends spent Thanksgiving Weekend at Atlantic Breeze. The home was spotless, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The heated pool was a plus since weather was dreary. Communication was excellent!

Lovely house with large rooms, good-size kitchen, and a great pool. It was very clean, and we appreciated how large the washer and dryer were. The pool table and foosball table were a lot of fun for the kids. The best part was the nearness of the awesome zero-entry kids’ pool that included a little kids’ water slide. We spent hours there, watching our nervous nelly kiddos get brave in the water. The beach was beautiful, but there were rocks in the ocean. We didn’t see the sign for them at first, but once we knew about them, we just moved further down the beach where there were no rocks. Our son LOVED the rocks, though, because they collected several varieties of colorful fish. The “Quiet Pool” was a big hit for some of our party that needed a break from the wildness. We rented two umbrellas and 4 chairs for a few days, and that was a great way to hang at the beach for hours at a time. Lastly, the ladies who work in the office are AMAZING! A huge help in getting vehicle passes, and just communication in general. A few tips: Buy disposable utensils and plates, extra kitchen rags and towels, and a big bag of ice for the week. The ice-maker works, but it’s slow.

Very nice community. The grounds were well kept and it was great to feel secure in the gated community. The house was clean and as advertised. Only con was that the pool was cold this time of year and it would be great if it was heated.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful and spacious just as the listing described. Plenty of space on main level for us all to gather. Great location with a short walk to ocean. Pool was heated and and ready for us. The one disappoinment was that even though to listing said pet friendly two weeks before our arrival when I inquired about pet fee we were told no pets

Nice property

House was nicely decorated and the pool/foosball table were an added bonus since most of our guests were adults and young adults. Main floor bedroom was really nice and spacious- to get to the upper level, there are a lot of stairs, so maybe not the best for people with young kids or people with any physical limitations. Otherwise a great home and layout. Bedrooms were all nice sized and with direct access to bathrooms. We had a great time !

If I had to pick one thing that I would not like it would be the rocks in the beach. We would for sure go back and use cinnamon beach vacations. Thanks for making our 2023 vacation a blast
