Located in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach with deeded beach rights. This 2/1 was recently remodeled and is the perfect getaway, located just an hour from Boston. Enjoy your day taking walks on the beach and relaxing at night in the cozy cottage. We have maintained five star reviews for the past several years on Airbnb. We welcome all professional travelers, please respect our home. No parties or gatherings allowed, the property is monitored.

Host was accommodating, even when we asked questions we could have answered in the book. Most or all look new and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the lake.

Don’t stay here

As soon as we opened the door to the house I could smell the strong odor of what I only know as a dead animal. The backyard was a mess which included an overflowing trash can and broken debris on the lawn. I was unable to lock the bedroom windows in one of the bedrooms. I was also unable to lock up the “laundry facility” which is actually just a washer and dryer in a dugout crawl space that’s only accessible through exterior bilco doors. We wouldn’t even use the washer and dryer. The house is not secure. Aside from that, the wet towels that were left on the bed for us, and the broken hazardous front steps didn’t keep us from enjoying mayflower beach which is about ten minutes away. I would not stay here again. Especially since when I raised these concerns to the owner, he simply replied “Shuffle on Steve!”

Disappointing 1st experience with VRBO

Property host not helpful, lack of basic supplies (toilet paper ran out) advertises there are laundry facilities but they were in the basement with no access from inside and combination for lock didn't work. Trees overgrown on driveway potentially scratching cars, back yard unkept, overgrown and neglected.

Great mid-cape getaway

We went down to celebrate my son and his friends recent graduation. Many of the guys fished, they all love the beach, the place was ideal.Cozy and clean, Tom the property manager was kind enough to check on us. You were a 10 minute drive from anything you needed. It only has a charcoal grill but it worked out fine. A real nice stay.

Unbelievably clean, beds were so comfy, bathroom was spotless, kitchen appliances were new, backyard had privacy, all around great place. Would book again!

Needs cleaning

Upon entering house looked clean and smelled clean however, when couch was pulled open to sleep on sheet had clusters of long hair and crumbs! Obviously wasn’t cleaned and couch cushions were all stained underneath. Light in master bedroom was all dead bugs inside. House is cute, nice neighborhood but needs attention to cleaning.

Cozy cottage

Great stay! Love the house and the cleanliness. Very cozy!! But the adult bed sucked way too soft. The yard was very nice and loved the lights. Way too many mushrooms. Overall we loved it thank you so much

Our stay on Cape Cod

We had a lovely time on the Cape. We enjoyed the house and the location was great because we like to go to Mayflower Beach, which was just minutes away. Communication with the owner was easy. We loved the sitting area in the backyard with lots of trees and bushes which helped in the hot and humid days. We only missed an outdoor shower. :)

The home is close to some of the best beaches on Cape Cod. Corporation beach, mayflower beach, Bayview beach, Chapin beach and more.

There is a grocery store at patriot Square, roughly a 10 minute drive.

The home is very central to many things on Cape Cod

2) No fires in the fireplace or backyard
(NO FIRES)

3) Make sure you wash all of your dishes before leaving.

4) There is an exterior camera to verify the amount of guests, this is a non recording device. Extra guests must be disclosed and compensated for. Again, no parties are allowed
