We love the downtown scene and are always on the lookout for the best new restaurant, happy hour or live music event! We have prepared a list of all our favorite places and things to do in the downtown area, from baseball games to concerts to nearby hikes to the very best happy hours...all within walking distance from our brand new condo in the Coloradan.

The Coloradan is the premier property in the downtown area. Brand new in 2019 with unmatched amenities and location. It is the only new high rise condo to be built downtown in the past 10 years. From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel the quality and high end finishes throughout the building. A 24-hour concierge is there to great you, to make arriving a breeze. The unit is brand new and furnished with only the finest high quality furnishings. And everything is new...from the dishes to towels to bedding, custom queen sized sofa sleeper, smart tv and high speed internet.
The amenities throughout the building are truly unmatched with any other downtown property. The 24 hour concierge, fitness center with all the latest equipment including Peloton bikes, library with projector all greet you on the 1.5 floor. The 5th floor has a beautiful garden terrace overlooking Union Station. You can pop down anytime and pick fresh tomatoes or basil for your evening dinner. And the 18th floor is just too amazing for words. Swim in the pool with spectacular city and mountain views. Enjoy wine while relaxing in the hot tub, or read a book in a cabana. Chat with friends by the firepit, prepare dinner on a commercial grill, host a happy hour at the bar, play billiards, foosball, shuffleboard or backgammon.
