Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the private elevator, the master bath shower, the comfortable furniture, and the view. I’m sorry the mattresses were only okay. I apologize for the incorrect information about the coffee maker and beach chairs — that should have been communicated accurately, and I’m sorry you packed extra gear. We will update our listing and staff notes so future guests have the correct details. I’m also sorry you weren’t notified about the planned water outage. We’ll work with resort management and contractors to ensure guests receive advance notice of scheduled work. We appreciate you staying with Best Beach Getaways and hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the unit and appreciate your comments about the key card process. We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced with the lockbox and understand how inconvenient that must have been, especially so early in the morning. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can review and improve the check-in and return process.
