ミュンヘンとヴェネツィアのラグーンをつなぐ自転車道（友情自転車道）は、家のすぐ外にあります。 数メートル先にある電動ボートやカヌー、自転車を借りて、自然に完全に浸りながら素晴らしい一日を過ごすことができます。

ヴィラは非常に静かな野生動物エリアにありますが、トレヴィーゾ（4 km）とヴェネツィア（25 km）に近く、ヴェネツィアの都市、有名な海辺のリゾート（ジェソロ、カオルレ、ビビオーネ）を訪れる出発点になります。 、リニャーノサッビアドーロ）および世界遺産のドロミテの有名な山岳リゾート（コルチナ、アウロンツォ、サンマルティーノディカストロッツァ）

Charming home delightful location

We were enchanted by this home in the park with a marvelous walking path along the river, and inviting veranda for shared meals and conversation. Our hosts were marvelous, gave us recommendations for dining nearby including takeout options so we could maximize our time together with friends. We would love to return to take advantage of this ideal location for recreation and easy access to Venice!

Just Perfect for Our Travel Needs

The place was comfortable, clean, and accommodated our family of 8. Our host was easy to communicate with, and even assisted us when we thought we had lost my husband's wedding ring at the house. If we are ever in this area of Italy again, we will try to stay here!

Very happy

Clean, comfortable beds, vintage type house which can be seen on the pictures and is lovely. Excellent parking area, huge fireplace, spacious accommodation right next to the lovely river. Very comfortable. Kitchen is very small so cooking might be tricky but if doing cold meats and cheeses or eating out then that’s perfect. Great patio in a calm peaceful garden.

Excellent locationl

Perfect for your family to experience an authentic Italian country vacation within driving distances of major sightseeing cities. Our family of 6 adults 4 children enjoyed the villa this past May even though the weather started out rainy and cool it eventually turned nice. All rooms were clean and roomy, only exception is the kitchen cooking area is a bit small for the size of the villa. Antonella was a great host who met us at the gate, showed us everything we needed to know on our first day. It was a great experience and we would recommend this villa as a great way to experience rural Italy. Ed&Nadia Dukes, Canada

Splendido Casale!

Splendido weekend trascorso tra amici, il casale è dotato di tutti i comfort, curato nei mini dettagli, e il caminetto presente nella sala da pranzo crea un'atmosfera spleciale. Antonella è molto disponibile, pratica e sensibile alle necessità degli ospiti! Super consigliato!!

Séjour agreable

Un peu vieillissante au niveau de la cuisine mais propriété rustique agreable... propriétaires gentils et à disposition.. nous avons profité du bord du sile, de la faune et de la flore, de belles balades... mais aussi de ses moustiques... l,emplacement de cette maison est idéale pour visiter la vénetie le friul Treviso etc... en conclusion nous avons passés un agréable séjour.

Maison authentique agréable

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits . Cette maison était bien située au bord de l’eau. Nous avons visite Venise qui était à 25km. Le seul bémol c’est la cuisine trop petite et peu fonctionnelle.

Rustic Italian Super Private Home

This was my family's first trip to Italy and this was our first temporary home after we landed in Venice. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Its 20 minute or so from Venice so our day trip into Venice was no problem. Being out in the Country was by far the best place for our family. Antonella was a gracious host and responded to all of our inquiries. The home is so beautiful and rustic and a classic Italian home which fit our family perfectly. This was exactly what we were looking for in terms of an authentic experience in Venice. One of the things that attracted us to the home was all the beautiful pots and pans hanging from the ceiling and kitchen, as well as the comfy fireplace. To my family, this home felt warm, cozy and full of love and I am confident in saying that we not only made the right choice, but a perfect one for a temporary home. This rustic home is something that I would highly recommend if you are looking for a genuine look into Venice.

Beautiful Italian home in a pretty setting.

The house was a beautiful traditonal family home with cute copper pans hanging from the ceiling. It is in a great location only 15 mins from the centre of Treviso and Treviso airport. There is a lovely walk along the river to the village square which has a few nice restaurants, a gelato shop and a bar. Antonella was really helpful and responsive and check in and check out was convenient.

Völlig unbürokratisch : Wasser, Strom war bereits im Mietpreis enthalten, keine Kaution. Die Vermieterin spricht gut englisch. Die Übergabe verlief völlig problemlos. Es liegt relativ nahe an der Autobahn, die als Hintergrundrauschen zu hören ist

Bellissima esperienza!

Splendida villa di campagna dove abbiamo organizzato il nostro compleanno. Accogliente, curata come poche, per noi l'ideale come casa base dove soggiornare per una lunga vacanza, o semplicemente un weekend romantico lontani da tutti. Noi vi abbiamo accolto gli amici per una festa privata, e la location suggestiva ha contribuito enormemente alla riuscita dell'evento. Bellissimo il giardino esterno, che nelle sere d'estate diventa un parco privato immerso nel silenzio dove rigenerarsi, l'interno ti catapulta in atmosfere che per noi persone di città sono purtroppo dimenticate. Ambiente rustico ma elegante, pulito, confortevole. Un grazie di cuore soprattutto alla proprietaria, persona attenta ad ogni dettaglio e disponibile h24 per qualsiasi domanda o bisogno. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Beautiful old farmhouse in wonderful location

It was a truly unique experience staying at this beautiful old farmhouse. It has all modern amenities, but is in a quiet area. Communications are very easy and the owner is very helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Bella casa, ottima posizione e soprattutto proprietaria molto disponibile

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni con amici e tanti bambini e tutti si sono divertiti da matti. La casa è davvero accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort. Il camino ha riscaldato le nostre serate e creato un bellissima atmosfera. La proprietaria Antonella è stata davvero gentile e ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili per organizzare la nostra vacanza e la visita a Venezia. Casa davvero consigliata credo proprio che ci ritorneremo.

Super séjour

Malgré notre arrivé tardif, les parents d'Antonella étaient là pour nous acceuillir. Les chambres sont très spacieux, la maison est vraiment adapté pour acceuillir plusieurs personnes. La cuisines est petite mais celà ne nous a pas dérangé. Le seul souci était les moustiques dans le jardin le soir, heureusement que dans les chambres il n'y en avaient pas. On a pu faire un barbecue dans le jardin, on se disait qu'avec une piscine ce super. On a passé un bon séjour chez Antonella, encore nos remerciement.

maison louée la 2 eme semaine de aout 16. point positif : ...grande maison / bords de circuit vélo et bien équipée ... gentillesse des propriétaires avantage : ménage faits et draps et serviette fournis point moyen : ... derriere une zone de batiment ( non visible ) ... pas de grands reproche en conclusion , plutot un bon choix .

Une maison très agréable, le long de la rivière et de la piste cyclable vers Trévise !

Idéalement située entre Venise et Trévise, et à distance raisonnable d'autre villes comme Padoue, Vicenza et Vérone, nous avons passé de très agréables vacances à 8 dans cette maison. Antonella nous a accueillis à la perfection, la maison était très propre et tout à fait conforme à nos attentes: spacieuse, bien équipée, idéale pour nos deux famille (nous avons même pu bénéficier d'un lit simple supplémentaire de dernière minute en raison de l'ajout d'une personne !). la cuisine est un peu petite, mais ce n'était pas une surprise (les photos sont claires à ce sujet) mais parfaitement fonctionnelle, à condition de ne pas vouloir y travailler à plus de 3 personnes ;-) La cerise sur le gâteau: la mise à disposition de 8 vélos, un peu vieux certes, mais au moindre problème Antonella était là pour nous aider à mettre les choses en état. Du coup nous avons profité à fond de la piste cyclable qui nous menait à Trévise le long de la rivière en moins d'une heure, un vrai bonheur ! Nous recommandons vraiment l'endroit !

The Property was a rustic style house with plenty of character positioned in front of a River.

The Property was perfect for our stay only a short drive from Treviso. The property had large sized bedrooms with period style furniture and plenty of storage. There were two good sized bathrooms and a large Farmhouse Style Table in what would have been the original kitchen area but now has a lounge incorporated into the area. The kitchen is narrow and small but has a dishwasher and fridge freezer incorporated in to cupboards within the kitchen. There is a wood burning open fire which is good if the weather is colder or damp. Outside the main door there is a canopy covered area where you can sit and have your meal in the style that the Italian People would. There are Bicycles in the shed which I used most nights to cycle on the lane to the next village. There is parking for two cars within the gates of the Property. We had a great time staying in this house and we were very comfortable. Antonella the owner and her husband were there to meet us on arrival and went over everything about the house we needed to know. Everything was great about the house and the only negative aspect was that we could have done with some logs for the fire.However I would definitely go back to this property. It is a typical Italian Country House and I have stayed in several over many years going to Italy. If you are looking for a British style property abroad this isn't for you. However if you wish to live like the Italian people live for your holiday then this is for you. We went to Trattoria Al Sile in Casier and the Pizza /Pasta Restaurant on the main road as you go out of Casier both were excellent and reasonably priced. This was my second visit to Treviso staying in Silea the first time .Treviso is a beautiful walled town with a River running round it. It has lovely shops, and Architecture and the Train runs direct to Venice Santa Lucia Station in 25 minutes. This brings you out on the Grand Canal. You can also Travel to Padova which we call (Padua) and Vincenza by train. Treviso is the world capital for the production of Prosecco Sparkiling Wine. We visited a vineyard which also is a worthwhile visit.Hope you find this information helpful.
