18世紀の宮殿の最後の2階にある2つの階には、ヴェネツィアの屋根と大運河の素晴らしい景色がテラスから見えます。

450㎡以上の広々としたこの明るい広々としたアパートメントにはエレベーターがあり、宮殿の上2階に位置し、約100m²の音楽室のマンサード、ダイニングルーム、設備の整った大きなキッチン、ベッドルーム5室（ダブル3室、ツイン1室、シングル1室）、バスルーム3室があります。

Excellent location. We met the owner who was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The apartment caretaker was very helpful in getting some extra things organized logistically for our trip. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

This property is beautiful and in a perfect location to walk to everything. We had a large group of family and friends that enjoyed the spacious rooms. Two of the three bathrooms have no shower option and the hot water was scarce in all of the bathrooms but we were able to make it work with quick bathing. The views from the large windows and upper patio deck are awesome!

Roberto was a great host. The apartment was at a great location. The water taxi dropped us off right in front of the apartment. The rooftop terrace was a great way to end a day full of activities.

Lydia and Roberto were excellent! Roberto met us before checkin and allowed us to put our bags in the apartment while it was being cleaned. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. We were there during a heat wave and the A/C worked perfectly. The location couldn’t be better whether you are using a public or private water taxi. All the main sites are within easy walking distance. Our favorite part was just wondering the side streets and exploring. Highly recommend a stay with Lydia!

Apartment was in a great location in Venice. Apartment was extremely clean and extremely nice. We felt very safe in the building and the apartment at all times. Check in was very easy and quick. Loved the views from the inside through the windows, and even more for the rooftop terrace.

The location of the unique Vrbo palace was perfect. Centrally located to the Grand Canal with a larger stop. The proximity to all major destination and even a 3 min walk to a local market. All viewed from an amazing terrace which is a bit rarer than you'd think in the area.The house itself was in great shape given its age and you can feel the history in the bones with yet modern conveniences. Highly recommend this location and Lydia's team was soooo incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Everything about this stay was perfect. We only wished that we had planned to stay longer. The amenities for laundry were very helpful. Staying here made us feel like we were REALLY in Venice and it allowed 8 of us to not feel on top of one another.

We had a wonderful time. Party of 6 slept very well and enjoyed the apartment and its location in Venice. Views were gorgeous, could watch the sunrise everyday on the roof deck enjoying coffee and it was very close to the water taxi stop. We will be back! Thank you

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Venice — Highly Recommend!Where do we even begin? This property truly exceeded every expectation. The location is simply unreal — Venice is magical on its own, but being situated right where we were made everything effortless and immersive.The apartment itself is wonderfully spacious and very well equipped — everything we needed was already there, and the in-unit laundry machine was such a practical bonus (a genuine lifesaver after a few days of exploring!). Every room was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, and the space stayed refreshingly quiet despite being in such a vibrant city.The absolute highlight? The rooftop. The view from up there is breathtaking — we found ourselves up there morning and evening, just soaking it all in.And then there are Roberto and Lydia. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish — warm, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The beauty of Venice captured in a villa

Beautiful ancient villa . Steps away from the boat stop-away from the tourists but still close enough to everything. Views of the canal and room for the entire family to stretch out. Wonderful !

Loved our Stay at Grand Canal Terrace

We truly enjoyed our stay at Grand Canal Terrace. Checking in and out was made very easy by the helpful instructions of the owner, as well as the property manager, Roberto. The views from the property are amazing, and its location is perfect for visiting the main sites in Venice. I would definitely stay again when visiting Venice!
