フロリダ州の美しいシエスタキーにあるシーシェルコンドミニアムを見ています。 私たちの家族は、インディアナ州フォートウェインの近くの小さな町から来ました。 1998年にコンドミニアムを購入し、それ以来レンタルしています。 コンドミニアムは、フロリダ州サラソタにあるシエスタキーのクレセントビーチに直接あります。 サラソタは、冬には中西部からの多くのスノーバード、春には春のブレーカー、夏と秋には行楽客がいる静かな退職コミュニティです。 シエスタキーのクレセントビーチは、米国で最高の評価を得ています。 写真からわかるように、美しい白い砂とリラックスした雰囲気があります。


土曜日から土曜日のレンタルのみをお願いします。 レンタル目的の月は、その月の最初の土曜日から始まる4週間で構成されます。

Thus is a great place to stay, so close to the beautiful quartz . The cleanliness, living area, kitchen was stocked well! Would definitely stay there again! Hist was easy to work with!

This place was perfect! Beautiful beach and water, and super close to Point of Rocks Area. The condo hit all the marks, and had everything and beyond needed for a perfect vacation! Will be back next year!

Very well appointed kitchen. We like to cook on our trips and it was lovely to have the ability to do so. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Comfortable beds too. Host was very friendly and communicated instantly when we had a question.

The apartment was fully stocked, super clean, and spacious. The location was fabulous. It is steps to the clearest water in Florida. Across the street is a little village with restaurants and shops as well as rentals. We rented paddle boards and just walked the boards across the street. There is a trolly right outside the property if you don’t want to drive. The area is the calmer Siesta key area but the louder area is only 10 minutes away. Overall we loved the place and and the host was wonderful. We will be coming back.

This was by far the best beach rental we have ever had!!! The location on the beach was perfect. The place was spotless top to bottom and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, etc. The living room and bedrooms were sound proof. There were plenty of towels for the week's use and the laundry was right around the corner next to the elevators. My family had such an amazing week and we couldn't be more appreciative of the host. We look forward to staying at their place again!!!

The condo was exactly as described, loved the spacious living room with the comfy leather recliners. The beach is beautiful and the fact that there were plenty of chairs was a great perk. Restaurants and bars right across the street was very convenient.I'd return in a heartbeat.Thx

Great Family Spot Just Steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out were super easy too. Great spot for a family getaway!

We loved staying here on Crescent Beach. We had everything we needed to make meals, plenty of beds for our family of six, lots of seating in the living room and a nice dinning area. The TVs worked great with the tv service they have. Great spot near the elevator and laundry room. I reached out to the owner about a few things that were broke etc in the condo unit. He was very appreciative that I took the time of reporting things that might not be right. This is a great spot in Siesta Key. Right across the street from Captain Curt's and the Crescent Market. Also the shuttle bus stop was close by. We would definately rent from this owner again.

Great location, steps to the beach, pool, shopping and great food and drinks!!

Great communication, quick response, great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Property was clean, comfortable, updated and a great place to spend time as a family!

What a great unit, nicely decorated & thoughtfully appointed. Susan was very prompt to reply to our inquiries. The property is very well cared for in a great location. Would rate it a 10 and highly recommend the unit to anyone.

Amazing stay

Everything was perfect! We didn’t have room for towels in our luggage and they went out and provided beach towels for us! We returned them but it was a great gesture for sure! We will be back again this year and years to come!

Wonderful unit steps from beach. Great beach amenities, chairs for guests. Terrific restaurant across street, Captain Curt's. Condo fully stocked with kitchen utensils and hair dryer in bath Would go back over and over again
