Good location but shoddy with some serious safety issues such as sockets off the wall, old leaks though a lamp, no leg on the sofa, dodgy leg on a bed.

Location was good in old town Nice. Upon arrival, I sat on bed in one of the bedrooms and bed frame leg collapsed— it was very poorly attached (looked like it had been a problem before). Similar thing happened to other bed in different room. Also couch in living room had broken leg and had been supported by stack of books. I spent some time trying to fix broken legs and eventually contacted agency who sent someone to fix them. I asked for some rebate but wasn’t given anything (nor did they respond to my request at all). Place just needs new furniture. Otherwise okay.

As soon as you informed us of the problem, we arranged for someone to come to the property and fix the furniture as quickly as possible. We therefore acted immediately once we became aware of the situation in order to minimize any inconvenience. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of the furniture and will take it into consideration for future improvements. The location of this apartment is excellent, but unfortunately the check-in process, communication, and cleanliness made for a disappointing stay.We received a receipt confirming our deposit was paid four months before our trip. Because we were arriving after more than 26 hours of travel, we even paid for an extra night so we could check in immediately upon arrival. A month before our visit, we confirmed this arrangement, uploaded our passports, and received confirmation everything was complete.However, while we were already in the air, the host sent another deposit request. It came too late to complete during our plane change, and the payment page would not work over inflight Wi-Fi. Despite paying for the extra night, we had to wait until the office opened at 10 a.m.Check-in was at an office a few blocks from the apartment, requiring extra walking with luggage. We were told not to sit on the broken couch, instructed to take trash about a quarter mile away with no directions, and after reaching the apartment discovered the key didn’t work, forcing another trip back to the office.The building and apartment were also noticeably dirty. The location is fantastic, but the poor communication, difficult arrival process, broken furniture, non-working key, inconvenient trash disposal, and lack of cleanliness overshadowed the stay.

We were unable to access the property on the first night as they had forgotten to put the key into the lockbox. No one was available at the phone number given, no one responded to What's App, instagram or Facebook so we had to find a hotel. We discovered that the washing machine was broken but the property managers did our laundry for us - we just had to drop it off & pick it up later. During the hours that the office was open, responses were timely & the staff very helpful. They just need to solve the after hours issue.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Lidt trælse trapper, hvis man ikke går godt. Lejligheden er slidt og der kunne godt ordnes nogle ting. Bl.a. er vandhanen i køkkenet løs, hvilket vi sagde første dag men den blev ikke lavet mens vi var der. Alt i alt var vi tilfredse med ferielejligheden.

Situation idéale pour visiter

Appartement atypique, un peu sombre, spacieux. Dommage que les lits et les chaises manquent de confort. La rue peut être bruyante la nuit. La chambre bleue est très bien pour 1 personne ou 2 enfants mais pas 2 adultes. Sinon l'emplacement est idéal et le rapport qualité prix correct. Excellent accueil, l'agence est aux petits soins 👌
