An excellent stop in Alicante for five nights. We were there in holy week and the studio apartment is excellently located to be in the middle of the processions and other Easter week events. hence it is also well located to visit the Alicante city center, and with easy access to its seafront.

I was greeted at this lovely studio apartment by the owner Teresa, who showed me round, and explained everything to me. It is right in the very heart of the old town, 1 minute from dozens of eateries, and 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and has a very comfortable bed. I wish I could have stayed longer than my 4 days.

Our host was extremely helpful. and friendly. The accommodation was perfect as described. Very comfortable bed . Very clean , every utensil needed for your stay. Perfect location .5mins walk to the beach .Walk to the castle which is a must . Cannot fault this accommodation. We will be returning .

I had a fantastic stay at Teresa’s place in Alicante. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and you can tell Teresa takes pride in keeping it clean and welcoming.Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Teresa herself was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.Everything was exactly as described, and I’d happily stay again. My only small suggestion would be to update the listing to note that the bed is a queen rather than a king, just for accuracy.Overall, highly recommended!
