Great place for a family getaway.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. There is plenty to do in Winter Park even in the summer and this is a great location to access it all.

Great spot in WP!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend in September. The property is in a fantastic location (walkable to restaurants, breweries, parks, etc.), was clean, and had everything we needed to have a great time. If we come back to WP, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Winter Park getaway

Beautiful property with Fraser Creek running behind--we even saw a moose in the creek! Very conveniently located by Hideaway Park and downtown restaurants etc. Pool was heated and hot tub was warm even when it was chilly! Cant wait to stay again-would absolutely recommend this location and this condo!!

Location, Location

This was the 1st time that I have used VRBO. We went for the jazz festival and the location was great! The property was nice and clean. We made sure to leave it the way we found it. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Location!

What a great place in a great location. This property was very nicely decorated and had a lot of amenities. There was even bowls for our dog. The location can't be beat. Walk to restaurants and trails. The only thing missing was the grill shown on the patio. We had a great stay and will be back again!

Excellent Location, Great Property

Location and the condo itself pretty were much perfect. There were only two of us this trip, but it would be ideal for a family trip. The common area is spacious and perfectly laid out for family dinners and fun. The gas fireplace was super cozy. My husband even commented that the property was so nice, he kind of wanted to just stay in and enjoy it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we are frequent visitors to Winter Park and we will be back.

Beautiful views

Loved everything about this little getaway! Warm pool, hot tub and clubhouse directly across from unit. Elevator too! Very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen so just needed groceries. In unit washer and dryer was great with a kindergarten who loved the pool! Quiet area and very well kept. Will stay again!!

Very well appointed, amazing location, clean complex with excellent and easily accessible facilities for dogs, nice bathrooms, bigger than pictures indicated...my wife and I are looking for a place to buy in WP right now and wish we could buy this unit!!! Thanks for letting us stay!

Nice stay in busy condo complex

Great location and condo had everything we needed and was very cozy. Elevator was a great option as well! Only complaint is that we could hear EVERYTHING going on at the outdoor pool and hot tub, which made it kinda noisy at times. We were our and about during the day, but there was one night where people were yelling until around 11. Didn't ruin our stay at all, but something to consider when renting, especially in the summer when you want the windows open.
