We loved staying at the Village House Inn! We had family from three places gather here for several days. Everything was nice and clean and well maintained. We gathered at the dining room table and living room to chat and catch up with each other. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Multiple thermostats let each area of the house be set to a comfortable setting. My elderly parents were happy with the handicap-accessible amenities on the first floor. The house was also conveniently located.

Reunion

We stayed the weekend for a college reunion- this is our 5th stay - and it keeps getting better. Friday night we had a small get together before heading out to local restaurants and all who stopped by commented on how beautiful the house was and how great the location is. Both inside and outside were great- was a great venue for the 8 of us who stayed. Already looking at dates for the next get together- and making a reservation for “the house” will be top on the list of to dos.

(has almost everything you need even spices, built in phone charger ports on night stands, and earplugs!)* Huge living/dining area (comfortable seats for 12 in living room)* Very nice furniture (sturdy & good quality)* Lots of toys. Return of the Friends' Weekend

This is our third year making a trip to this delightful house for a long weekend. It is immaculate and has a lot of public space and 4 bedrooms each with their own bath. We look forward to it every year.

Fantastic!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! We started out our time on the patio with plenty of seating for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the Keurig with fun variety of coffees, plus a regular coffee maker. Main room had nice areas for conversations, watching the game and working on a family puzzle. Bedrooms with their own bathrooms was fantastic. Location is great. Beautiful area. Next time we get together this will be our place to stay.

Incredible Home

This is one of our favorite homes to stay in. Every bedroom has a private bath! The home is impeccably clean throughout. The hosts have thought of every detail from toiletries to an amazingly well-stocked kitchen full of every utensil and pan you could need! The hosts are great people who truly desire to give exceptional experiences. We also love the neighborhood - wonderful walk-ability!

A perfect Christmas

Our family stayed at the Village House Inn over Christmas and it was perfect for accommodating a large group very comfortably. The location and proximity to Winona was also ideal. We will definitely be back!

Best weekend!

Outstanding

The Village House Inn is all that is described and more! The house is in outstanding condition for its age, impeccably decorated, very clean, and moist of all welcoming to all who enter. Our group of four couples were extremely happy with our stay there. The owner communicated very well with us and answered all questions, including a recommendation of where to eat--Sliced for a casual dinner before our Winona River Boat Cruise, which we would also recommend to visitors. Village House is in a quiet neighborhood even though near a highway. We give this a 5 out of 5 stars for everything! Village House is a great place for all who come--including comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and everything you need to feel at home. OUTSTANDING!
