Clean and Comfortable

The home was very clean and had plenty of space. For anyone sound sensitive please note that that there is a busy intersection and train tracks near this house so you will have traffic background noise. I felt it was noticeable but not disruptive. The house is well cared for, and the living room is especially spacious with comfortable recliners.

lovely place!!! So clean!!! We had everything we needed!! This was our first time using VRBO and our host Kimberly is wonderful!!! It was a thousand times better than a hotel. I will definitely be using VRBO from now on!!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I would love to stay again sometime and really check out Winona!!

Great place to stay

College Visit

Our stay was overnight to visit the college. The home is older, well taken care of and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast items were appreciated. The home is exceptionally clean. One of the nicest we have stayed at. Thank you.

Amazing Stay!

No issues checking in early, very accommodating and sweet host. Home was very clean, host set out items for our use, living room had a wall full of toys for kids and board games and plenty of space for our party of 6. We will certainly return if we come down again. Thank you so much.

Extremely clean and warm!

Stayed for one night. Great location for Winona visit. Property was warm, cozy and clean. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and nice family room. The addition of garage parking during a single digit temperature noght was great!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Kim the host was very prompt on getting back with us on the questions we had. The location was great for us. The house was older but very clean and well stocked. It is on a busy street but the street noise wasn’t too bad. Overall great place to rent.
