オーシャンフロントのスタジオ、オーシャンビュー、ビーチへの容易なアクセス、共有プールなど

Did not use the kitchen area but the location was great for the price. Check-in and checkout were both fine but the valley parking was congested.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so happy you had a blast at Castle 1033 and enjoyed the beachfront location and ocean views. Hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear the room was comfortable and met your needs. I’m sorry about the smell upon arrival — that’s not the experience we want for our guests. I also appreciate your comments about the kitchen size; it is compact, but we’ll continue working on making it as functional as possible. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back for an even better experience!

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you found the sleeping arrangements comfortable and enjoyed the view, pool, and easy beach access — and that the unit worked well for your pre-cruise stay. We understand the frustration with the elevators and parking — these are building-wide services, and we’ve shared your comments with management in hopes of improvement. We also appreciate your note about the unit's condition and will keep it in mind as we plan future updates. Thanks again for staying with us, and we wish you a wonderful cruise!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. This is certainly not the level of experience we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns, the WiFi outage, and the broken coffee maker. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these problems, especially when timely support was needed. While WiFi issues can occasionally be related to external service providers or platform coordination, we regret that you felt unsupported and that the situation was not resolved to your satisfaction. Your feedback is taken very seriously. We are reviewing this stay internally to address what went wrong and to ensure better follow-up and faster resolution for future guests. Again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet the standards we expect for our guests. While we are glad you enjoyed the view, we completely understand your frustration with the condition of the unit and the communication issues you experienced. The cleanliness concerns you described, including the bathroom, tub mat, coffee cup, and mug, are not acceptable. We also apologize for the visible damage and the overall condition of the unit. We agree that these items need attention, and we are addressing them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We are especially sorry for the confusion surrounding your early check-in request. You should have received a clear answer well before your arrival, and once you were told the unit would be ready, the building should have been properly informed. The lack of follow-up afterward was also not the level of communication we strive to provide. We understand why, after experiencing these issues, you chose to leave early. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can address both the condition of this particular unit and the communication breakdown. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience.

Thank you so much for the great review!!!
