美しく改装されたオーシャンビュー1 BR / 1 BA（およびクイーンスリーパーソファ）コンドミニアムで、パラダイスへの旅のあらゆる瞬間をお楽しみください。カイルアコナのすぐ南にある非常に短い散歩。

このコンドミニアムは、Alii Dr.の海側にあり、キッチン/リビングルームとベランダから直接遮るもののない海の景色を眺めることができ、休暇を楽しむのに役立つ素晴らしい設備がたくさんあります！ キングサイズのベッドはスリープナンバーなので、ベッドの硬さを自分で快適に設定できます。クイーンスリーパーのソファには低反発マットレスが備わっています。

ユニットは2020年1月2日に完成して改造されました！

CHECK OUT is 11:00 a.m. For check out the following should be completed before you leave the condo: o Set the ACs in both the bedroom and living room to 78, using the remote. o Close blinds/curtains
O Start a load of laundry (towels or sheets) o Load/start the dishwasher (when dirty dishes) o Place the two sets of keys for the pool/security gate back in the wooden pineapple bowl on the bar
O Turn off lights o Take out all trash and perishables

Well appointed condo with a significant amount of extras that were appreciated (i.e. cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, yoga mats, etc.). Kitchen is well equipped from storage containers to appropriate pool vs. indoor dishware.

Everything We Could Have Wanted

Great place

Would absolutely stay here again! Great location, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable space, huge bed, a/c worked good, kitchen had everything you'd need and the beach equipment came in handy.

Great location. Comfortably furnished property. All the amenities one could imagine or hope for - snorkeling gear, picnic equipment, books about the area even games for quiet time. We would love to return.

Lovely Unit

Lori and Jay’s lovely unit is one of the best short term rentals we have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely anything you could need or want! Large spacious lanai with a gorgeous view. Split AC keeps both the bedroom and living room cool. Close walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Very responsive hosts. We loved the Big Island and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You will be blown away

This is my second time here and now a permanent place to stay when I come to the big island. Gracious hosts and they place is absolutely perfect. The owners care about their place and keep it well maintained. The location and view are exceptional. You will be very happy here.

Perfect Place in Paradise

The location was perfect. It’s a short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Loved the view from the lanai and the sunsets. The condo felt just like home. The host provides everything you could possibly need and more! It was the perfect place for us to relax after all of our daily activities! The property was just as listed. It had everything you could possibly need! We loved seeing and listening to the ocean from our balcony. The bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept on!
