An excellent well reciently updated ski rental in a very dood location with a beautiful resivoir view. wifi was good, transport access excelent, the kitchen has silverware for three but it sleeps more.

one big un-pleasant surprise is when we arrived evening time, even there were just some layers of snow and ice on driveway, we could not drive car up the hill to get to driveway in front of unit, we had to park car near street, and walk back and forth to unload stuff, later days as sun melted the snow/ices,, only then we could drive car to front of unit. and we were told that was owner responsibility.

The Perfect Getaway at High Altitude

Our group loved everything about the stay here: from the spacious ground level unit to the beautiful scenic view across the frozen lake. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation on our ski trip.

Beautiful location

One of the most beautiful views to wake up to before you start your ski day. Was an easy distance from both Breck and Keystone. We had a great time here!

Spring Skiing

Perfect place for a weekend ski trip. Place is fully stocked and has everything you need. We cooked our own meals each day with everything we needed, and more, available to us. We would stay here again.

Dillon, CO stay

We had a great time in Summit County and this was a great place to stay. Location is convenient. Apartment was clean and spacious for the 5 of us and a dog. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We needed nothing more!

Great View

This property was a gem, sitting less than 1/4 mile from the walk/bike trails with a view of the marina. Great for our family of 5. Property management was responsive and checked back in with us after quickly helping us resolve the issue. i hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It's very Rumi.Had plenty of beds. had a back area that was quiet and nice and dark if needed for sleeping. The view of lake Dylan was great.I just wish they would have had some outdoor furniture so we could have set out a front.

Absolutely terrible. There was not a single comfortable bed in the unit. There were literal crators in the bed mattresses, the dishes were dirt with food debris and the listing incorrectly showed the available places for the guests. There was nothing said about the owner being there at the property, its very uncomfortable that the owner just showed up randomly. If we were women on our own there, it would feel very dangerous. You can't use the deck, you cant use the garages (Vrbo said you could) and you could only use the bottom floor. I would never rent this place again and am not excited about Vrbo's standards.

Incredible experience, property was excellent

My business partner and I took his two 19 year old twin boys for a senior trip skiing. House was in perfect location. Best view of sunrise with coffee in the morning. Close to everything but not right on top of other property’s. We will be renting this house again. 👍

Fishing trip

Overall, this property was fine for what we needed. Mainly just a place to sleep and shower and fix breakfast. I will say that there needs to be dish towels and potholders added to the kitchen. There was nothing of the sort.

Dirty, dangerous and cold

Heat did not properly work.Exposed baseboard heater lines since the baseboards are falling apart.Screws sticking out of the xouchBodily fluids on the couchDust everywhere Management was supposed to help with the heat and never followed up after the first day.This was a miserable week with a cold infant in a dirty and dangerous place.

Great location .... but outdated condo

Loved the location with a lovely view from the driveway and one of the bedrooms BUT ... the condo needs to be refreshed!! It has some old furniture!!! The WiFi did not work the entire stay (2 nights). I called guest services at checkin but recieved no follow up inspite of calling them twice to request status the next day. Note this is a lower level condo (as advertised) and does not have a lot of natural light in most of the rooms.

Perfect for our needs in Dillon

We found exactly what we needed in this VRBO. The description and pictures accurately described what we would be getting, and we did! The kitchen had all the necessary gadgets, water was hot!, showers and washers worked well. plenty of back stock (towels, tissue, etc). The living room worked great for our youngsters, while the older folks could hang in the dining room. Brita Filter was an unexpected bonus. Two things to note: most of the chairs are tall! great for sitting, not so great for putting on boots, etc. and the driveway is steep. you will likely need a 4wd in winter anyway... but know that some vehicles will be challenged by the grade. Wonderful Stay! Would Stay Again!

Terrible communication with Vacasa

Dirty, sticky floors, inoperable refrigerator,(ruined our food) no cleaning supplies, watered down liquid hand soap, thin towels, etc, etc. Vacasa did not assist with any of the above issues, other than to send multiple auto generated texts. They entered the property without our permission.

Horror show

The wifi was fast, and the view was great. The only positives. The driveway is poorly designed; my normal clearance vehicle was scraped every time we left or arrived, regardless of how slow we drove. The owner told us there was an issue with the hot water; is was good the first night and cold showers thereafter. The sink in the small bathroom was clogged. There was no kleenex, no over mits or hot pads; we bought some when we got groceries. There was a grand total of 3 knives, 3 forks, 3 spoons, and 6 total plates. The thermostat was not decipherable and no instructions given. No instructions on how to lock the front door after leaving were supplied. The were minimal and dollar store type bathroom amenities. The tv was large but only half the screen was being used; i tried to fix that but the menu function on the TV did not work. The futon in the TV room set where you could watch TV from was worn out, like sitting on a pile of rocks. The photos on the site showing a trail and a picnic table was a total lie. The entire rental was dark and dingy. The closet in one bedroom was full of bedding and not usable. The showerheads were so low you nearly had to sit down to get your hair wet. I would never recommend this place.

Weekend Getaway

Nice property in a great location! We were 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of space to feel comfortable. We intended to bring our dog but ended up leaving her at home. The kitchen was on the smaller side but adequate for our needs with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. Everything was clean, organized and beds were comfortable. I would've given it 5 stars except for the fact that some of the furniture was older and a bit worn out (ex: older TV with no access to online services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, older sofa which sagged, etc.) and the kitchen furnishings (ex: cheap metal utensils and not enough of them, dull knives with no sharpener, no coffee or cooking oil, etc.). The kids also knocked over a bag of chips and we were unable to find a vacuum anywhere in the unit. I know these are somewhat minor complaints but they're also the type of things that separate 5 star stays from the rest. That being said, I would definitely stay here again, especially if we plan to bring our puppy with us!
