36C Feedback

36C was an extremely nice unit! Just a little crowded due to the July 4 holiday traffic. The bikes were much appreciated, and we loved riding them. We would suggest adding a basket on the front of one so that we can put waters and drinks in them when we are on the bike path. It also would’ve been nice to have a couple of additional kitchen trash bags and a basic set of salt and pepper. Other than that, what a magnificent place to stay! We look forward to seeing you next time!

Wonderful condo, terrible property managers

This was a very cute 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners had many amenities to use for the beach and as well as bikes. Thank you! When we arrived, the beds were not completely made. I called and texted the property managers but the issue was never resolved during our stay. I also tried calling to inform them that the owner’s beach towels were no longer in the garage. I hope the owners see this in order to remedy the issue with the property management group, Panhandle Getaways.

Best time

Checkin was a bit of a nightmare because the app didn’t update properly with our lockbox code. I had to call in and kept getting dropped, had no signal, and couldn’t access the wifi information from the app. Also, the property we originally booked was changed to a different unit when we got there and the new unit did not have the same amenities. Other than that, our stay was absolutely fantastic and we plan to return again and again and again! So convenient and everything that was included absolutely made our trip. Highly recommend!

Impeccable well equipped unit limited by poor beach access

First, I should say that this is definitely a five-star apartment that is tastefully appointed and well equipped. Great appliances, everything you would need for your stay, and in perfect condition. Everything clean and perfect. The patio is great, free bikes are a big plus, and we had everything we needed. Beds and linens super comfy. However (and it's a big however), the location may or may not be for you, as it has pros and cons. It is walking distance to a big, beautiful resort pool. It was a little crowded, but not bad. It is walking distance to The Hub, an outdoor dining and shopping mall that tends to run a lot crowded but is nice. The beach access is a problem. There is a shuttle bus (and I mean an airport shuttle bus) that will take you to a public beach access more than 10 minutes drive away. The shuttle only runs once per hour from 9-4pm. This is not a golf cart style tram that some of the resorts near Rosemary Beach have. It is a BUS. YOU CANNOT REASONABLY WALK TO THE BEACH. Most people I talked to around the property just drive their car to one of the nearby state parks. This is made worse because Walton County basically lets people put a gate and privatize your beach with rent-a-cops to shoo people off. Just be aware of this when booking this property. Other minor nuisances: It was hard to find. The street names are not easy to see and for some reason they used duplicate numbering for E and W versions of the streets. Every unit looks the same. C units only give one parking spot, despite being a 2-bedroom unit. Lotsa HOA rules about parking, including not parking at the pool overnight, but seems LOT of people are doing it. You could theoretically park one car in the garage and one in the driveway, but the garage is mainly for storing bikes, garbage cans, beach toys, etc. I also wasn't wild about the payment process, which required me to sign in separately to another portal to complete payment. They want you to do everything through an app or their web page. Once you figure it out, it's ok, but once or twice it gave me the impression that I did not actually have a reservation and I had to call. OVERALL, this is an outstanding 5-star property and seems to have owners which take great care of the place. It is probably better for someone who prioritizes the pool and shopping/dining over the beach though.

Out of Office Getaway was perfect

We loved the way you decorated your beach condo... Super well done. Loved being able to walk across the street to the hub. The bikes were our 2'nd favorite thing about your place. We had a lot of rain while we were there. So, in-between the rain drops, we road your bikes everwhere... Loved having bike locks, so we could ride to the beach or a restaurant and lock them... You thought of everything to make vacation wonderful.

Anniversary getaway

We decided to go to Santa Rosa Beach to celebrate our first year anniversary. Our “Out Of Office” stay was amazing. The place is beautiful and at a great location. Super clean, spacious and it really feels like your home away from home.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful townhome. Very impressed with everything. The kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were well appointed. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and cooler. We flew so that was a plus. The free round of golf was a great added bonus! I recommend this for a quick couples getaway!
