Dear Craig, Thank you for your review, although we are surprised and sorry to hear that you would not recommend this property to others. We spoke with the Property Manager and she assured us that the cleaners came to the condo just after 10am, check out time, and they knocked several times before entering the property. They are very trustworthy and reliable cleaners that have been working for the owners for many, many years. They meant no disrespect at all, but as no one answered the door, the assumed that you had already checked out. As there were guests checking in that afternoon, the housekeepers needed to get in to clean the place and ensure it was ready for the new guests arrival at 4pm. So we do apologise for any inconvenience and do hope that you and your family enjoyed your vacation here in the Cayman Islands overall. We wish you all the very best for the holiday season.
