Nice home, lots of space. Beautiful views. Easy to cook and do laundry. Upstairs was a little warm, but they have fans to set up which helped. Wasn’t a big issue. I didn’t bother calling, so there might have been an easy fix. Would rent again.

Its important to note the guest posted pictures of their own dirty laundry and personal belongings. Hi Diana, Thanks for the review. We wish you would have reached out for a tip to cool upstairs during peak summer months. We hope to host you again.

Gorgeous View, Noisy Location

We spent the last month in this lovely home. The owner was fantastic in assisting us in every way. The view from this home is breathtaking, but it sits on a very noisy street. If you don’t mind keeping the windows shut and the AC on, this is the place for you. On the other hand, if you like open windows and fresh ocean breezes, not so much.

Amazing location

The location of this property was amazing! We spent a ton of time on the rooftop deck watching the surfers and the waves. Beach access is directly across the street, and there is shopping and restaurants just a few miles down the road. Beautiful house with all of the beach items you need! Thank you...we will be back!

The BEST location in Carlsbad!

Everything was wonderful! The house was very clean and perfect. The view was AMAZING! Just steps away from Terra Mar Point, which is the prettiest area of Carlsbad. The owner was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very close to lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property. Hopefully we will be back soon!
